the absolute best hand soap.
I’ve put my entire family on this hand soap, everyone uses it. The exfoliating beads i wasn’t too sure about at first, but there is just the right amount and it feels amazing to clean your hands because they are actually getting scrubbed. It does not leave my hands dry, and it gives off the most sophisticated subtle smell! Not overpowering at all, and doesn’t smell like “hand soap” it is more spa like!

Pump is faulty
The media could not be loaded. It smells great. But the pump doesn’t work. Disappointing for how expensive it was

Defective dispenser
Used this product in the past and it’s great however it’s the second time I order it from Amazon and second time that the actual dispenser doesn’t work!! Not sure it is a genuine Ouai product for that reason as I also bought it via the ouai website directly in the past and never had a problem.

Pump didn’t work.
I had to transfer contents to other container as the pump didn’t work. Product not bad, although the exfoliation granules were quite sparse. Fragrance and moisturising quality was good. Won’t buy again because of the faulty pump.
