Takes about 30-40 secs to reach some parts of the house, but when it's hot, it stays hot. We'll see what happens during winter.

I bought this water heater for a 2 bath house. We already had the 2 x 40 amp setup so I didn’t want to increase the amp load although I wasn’t sure it would work smoothly. It does, It works perfectly with no interruptions in temperature or flow.
