At 15 watts I wasn't sure if these lights would be bright enough, but they are. I have now bought 4 of them. They arrive with a sealed 3 pin plug attached which I cut off and spliced the 3 core cable into outdoor waterproof junction connectors and then spaced them 3.5 metres apart at the bottom of my garden. They face an 8 foot high white chalk wall which forms the boundary of my property and the resulting reflection off the wall into my garden is superb. I was able to adjust the angle of the light easily to ensure nearly all the light remains in my garden. I mounted the light cradle onto blocks of scrap wood I had and that was enough to keep them stable because there is very little weight to the units themselves. That allowed me to change their position easily and I can quickly remove them entirely should I want to. The remote control comes with very poor operating instructions, so it's a case of trial and error, but you will get the hang of it. One remote will control all the lights, so I have 3 spare. The only thing with the remote is you have to get close to each light to change it, but that's not a great problem. Whatever colour you choose will remain the same next time you switch them on. They will dim via the remote too. We have had torrential rain for the last 3 days and everything is working fine. Made in China. Make your own mind up as to quality/longevity. So far I'm very pleased, they seem well made, strong and sturdy, but it's only been a week.

I can’t comment weatherproof as I’ve used this inside to light up a handmade sculpture but it’s a really good piece of kit for the price.Amazing range of colours with simple to use remote. It’s really bright and gives a really nice colour changing effect too. The length of the plug was perfect for me and it has a stand or wall plate to fix it more permanently too. 👍

Bought to illuminate a small back area, usually temporarily for access and checking on cats etcAlthough it`s quite bright I really should have got a slightly higher wattage.The colour options are good as are the whites, quite configurable but the remote will not work from behind the unit, you need to be in direct line of sight - I haven`t tested distance.I expected to be able to use the white AND a colour simultaneously but this isn`t possible unfortunately.The light spread is less than 180 degrees, I would have liked it better if it had a wider throw.IMO this works better as a decorative highlighter rather than a functional light although it's quite adequate for some purposes.I had to remove the plug to get it installed properly in my existing setup so I hope it lasts, that said, it may be the case that I replace it at some point with something a little brighter and with a larger spread of light.

A good well-made piece of kit. Very good value. Lots of options for the money. Excellent lighting. Easy to install. I used it in my garden where I already had a power source so i cut off the UK plug and connected it to a waterproof fitting. The instructions take a bit of effort to understand as the English is quite quaint but then my Chinese is pretty poor. All in all a very good product and miles better than a more expensive halogen light that can't do 120 colours.

Great little light. Bought this for a party we had outside to light up walls and give some party vibes. Decent brightness, nice range of colours and effects, solidly built. The only downside is that the cable is only about 1m long so needed extension cables. Bought 1 to see what it was like, then went back and bought a second. Remote control works fine, not massive range but that's not really an issue.

I now have 6 of these lights and am very pleased so far. Two have been outside for 3 months and are still working fine. For a sub-£20 led flood light you will find it hard to beat. Yes it could be brighter and have a longer cable but it's bright enough and has 2m flex compared with some who just have 30cm of cable! My only wish is that they produced them with white casings as well as black as I've had to spray two of mine to use as uplighters in my dining room!

Really happy with this. The remote is complex, but for basic use, the functions are not needed and can largely be ignored.What impresses me is the white light. On full brightness it is excellent and its a pure white. We use it as a flood light for the garden and on warm white it lights the garden beautifully.To be honest, the remote control and white light is what we bought it for but will be ordering a second one for coloured mood lighting.
