Absolutely perfect size and shape for 2 pieces of equipment that I have purchased: The Sunny Row-N-Ride PRO and the Flybird Ab Workout Machine. Regular treadmill pads are too long and too wide, but this one is just perfect. It's fairly thin, and honestly you don't need more than what's there. The function is to protect your floor or carpeting, not to provide a lush squishy experience. Comes rolled up in a cardboard box, with plastic wrapping over the rolled-up mat. There is a slight plastic/rubber odor when first unboxing, but it should go away in a day or two. Nicely made with the SUNNY logo embossed at one end and a texture to hide the smaller dings/scrapes as the years go by. I currently have them sitting off center to hold down the curliest end to flatten it out, but you can see the overall size is just perfect. I searched a long time to find just the right mat, and I think I found it with the SUNNY mat!

The mat is good either on carpet or flooring. I use it under my stationary bike.

It works great for my rowing machine. It's a little thinner than expected, but I'm okay that. I like that it's lightweight.

I was REALLY hesitant about getting this mat because of the poor reviews and photos showing ripped mats. However, I recently got a treadmill and took a chance on this mat. It’s so much better quality than I thought it would be. Thick and sturdy, easy to wipe clean, NO off-gassing smell. Does a good job protecting my hardwood floors. In fact, I’m so pleased with this mat that I just came back to buy two more (for spin bike and Gazelle elliptical). Now that I’ve seen the mat, I honestly do not understand how the other reviewers ripped theirs. What were they doing, dragging a knife across it?! Axe-throwing?! Stabbing it with scissors?! I can see how it would get ripped if you scooted a really sharp piece of metal across it, but that would happen with ANY mat. I swear, some folks expect this thing to be made out of titanium. The majority of home gym equipment has wheels, so I don’t really see ripping as a huge problem here. I truly think the photos we are seeing of ripped mats are either user error or shipping damage. Don’t let the negative reviews dissuade you. This mat is worth trying.

I bought this mat specifically for my bench press set. This is the length to this mat: L - 90.5L x 39.5W x 0.16H in It’s a durable mat that hasn’t given me any problems at all it stays flat pretty well. It does its job protecting our hardwood floors and very comfortable to step on. If you purchase the exact same mat, make sure to measure the right dimensions you’d want to buy!

I use this for a Glider. It's certainly long enough but I use it on top of carpet. It's too thin for that. If it's on hardwoods I'm sure it would be fine. It's just very thin.

Came as advertised. Relatively good quality material. As per what we expected an exercise mat material to be, non slip and very easy clean and maintain. Was just wondering if they have a convenient carry bag to go along with.

Using for under a walking pad on carpet. Does what is says on the tin! Good thickness and rolls easily to store. Size fits well for the size of my walking pad. Much better than some cheaper options available.
