We have given hundreds of copies to program participants and recommended it to thousands more. No academic jargon here. Just solid common sense supported by decades of relevant research. Very practical book. Good easy read. Applicable to every day managers.

Effective for the mission it set out to accomplish. It uses simple words to describe wisdom that'll makes me think, "why isn't this common sense!?".
