Alpine Swiss Womens Parka Trench Pea Coat Belt Jacket Fur Hood Reg & Plus Sizes

I love this coat with the deep pockets and the removable hood. I think the size runs a little large which is great for me because I wear a 38DDD bra. I still have enough room to wear a sweater under it. It keeps me warm and it is knee length, just what I wanted.The only thing I wasn't happy with is it says HAND WASH ONLY to clean. I guess because it's WOOL.

I love this coat because I'm a huge fan of double breasted hooded wool peacoats with a belt. Finding all these elements in a peacoat at a reasonable price is more difficult than I had anticipated.I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the coat when it arrived because it has some weight to it. It's very warm and even though I love to layer, it's not necessary most of the time. It fits loose enough that I'm able to layer, but still looks nice and fits well by itself. The buttons are attached well and the stitching looks good.The only con is the hood which is rather large without any drawstring or Velcro flap to fit it to your head a little better. When I do pull it forward, the fur tends to tickle my face which is a little annoying. Otherwise, it's a fantastic coat that I'm happy I purchased.

I've been looking for a nice dress coat for years, and this has been the first I have found that fits all my criteria, and for a great price.For getting the perfect size I recommend taking your favorite zip up hoodie or jacket that you like the fit of, lay it perfectly flat on the bed, and measure from arm pit to arm pit, arm length from shoulder seam to bottom of arm, and the highest part of the shoulder to the bottom for the length. The size chart they give is VERY accurate. They do run large. I generally buy a 2XL for coats, but was able to get a regular XL based on their size chart, and my measurements, and it looks great plus a lil room to spare.I love how it fits, and how the tie gives me a better look with a waist. I read several reviews talking about the buttons falling off. I haven't experienced that yet, but after carefully inspecting the buttons I can say that I totally expect this to happen. They aren't on there very securely, and with my experience in button mending it looks like they only used half the amount of thread they should have used to secure them. I plan on properly securing all of them before any serious wear.Also, not a problem for me at all, and I haven't experienced it yet, but for all you fellow animal lovers this type of wool jacket I totally see picking up hair easily.It is a little heavier than I was expecting which is good because it's as practically warm as it is pretty. Jackets of a similar look I have found to come with a larger price tag. In my opinion the quality is above what you spent, and even with me having to put a lil work into securing the buttons I still say this was a GREAT buy!!!

This coat is beautiful, well made, warm, and runs true to size! I wanted a less dressy coat than the one I have for more everyday wear. After looking at many I decided on this one. I love it. I did double check my measurements against their size chart for an excellent fit, it runs true to size. It is a wool blend so it does keep you warm! I live in Texas, we don’t get a lot of really cold days, but I’m loving this coat on the days I do wear it.

I ordered an xl and it came perfectly a little too big! I probably could have worn a size large, but the xl ensured that I could easily wear a hoodie or puffy sweater underneath. It was quite warm and I loved the length! The hood on it is very generously sized so even with a ponytail my hood still nicely covered my face from the wind and rain.This jacket was almost perfect for our trip to Portland where there was rain, snow and hail while we were there. The only 2 tiny issues I had were that the first day I wore it a button popped off. I will reattach all the buttons now that I am home to ensure they stay on. The other issue/nonissue is that this jacket was heavy! But it is a wool coat... not some little sweater like I am use to in our much warmer part of California. So other than my weak arms and the buttons, this coat is roasty toasty perfection!!!

I like this jacket a lot especially the hood with fur, super cute. I've been looking for a nice cute heavy thick jacket with a hood to keep me warm and not just thin and cute for church and this jacket is perfect.This jacket runs big which is great cause I like to layer up underneath.• I got a medium but it's like a large. I'm 5'3 and the length is at my knees.• My bust size is 36 DD• Waist is 35in• Hips is 41in

I definitely like this jacket. Its very warm and comfy, however there are a couple negatives. The coat is VERY large. Normally I would order a 2x In jackets due to my broad shoulders, however this one is WAY too big. Order a size down. Also, I ordered this coat for a trip for NYC next week. One of the pockets has a hole in it, and I’m unable to put anything in that pocket, or else it will fall inside of the lining of the coat. Very upsetting since I do not have time to return due to the trip being so soon. Would give the coat 5 stars if the pockets were sewn better.
