We needed some very simple and cheap shuttlecocks for enjoying playing on the beach or garden.we are not experts just for fun, these are hardy little things and it makes it easy for my son (7 years old) to hit and return. The obvious problem if the wind is blowing but that is nothing to do with the shuttlecock. I would buy again
