Looked at so many different products and read a lot of reviews. These seemed to be the best value for money that would last. My husband has been happily 'dad dancing' around the lawns and is very pleased with how sturdy the spikes are. One tip would be that you need to wear a pair of work boots for these to be effective as the straps don't pull small enough to fit over shoes (husband size 10 feet). Very pleased with this product so far. Gave 4 stars as they are still on their probationary period but do recommend.

One of the shoes came off because the straps did not hold and meant I trod in the self-levelling compound. However I managed to get them to work and the self-leveling compound levelled itself out so all was good.I would sellotape the straps once you have the shoes on to avoid them slipping. I only do this very occasionally so it was not worth spending more on better quality spiked shoes.

Fairly sturdy spikes and soles but the straps slide a lot and the clips are quite fragile

Used for floor screening, they held up well for what I needed them for, seems well made apart from the buckles seem a bit cheap, but they didn’t fail on me.Not sure how well they would do as lawn aerators, I’d be quite sure they would remain stuck in the ground. But for floor screening they worked well, I’m also a very heavy chap and they didn’t collapse :)

I 100% would not recommend to buy.Firstly they need putting together with no instructions- nothing major just a bit annoying.Upon wearing the straps are no way fit for purpose, coming undone resulting in the shoes falling off, and if you try to take a step back - they fall off. You have to take very small steps to get any area done.They get clogged with mud within a minute of wearing, meaning they are doing nothing and become heavier and constantly have to clear.The straps broke during the first time of using them.After all of this I put them in the bin as they were useless and extremely frustrating.If I had would suggest an aerator which you can pick up a cheap one for similar price.

The media could not be loaded. They are excellent ! Looking but have not used as yet.

So far, putting it together is a pain. The screws and bolts aren’t machined properly to fit together, because the threads weren’t done far enough for the bolt to thread onto it. Have to force it on every screw until it reaches the threads. Apart from that, no issues.

After receiving the shoes, I took the advice of previous posters and took the nuts off and applied lock-tight to the threads and tightened the nuts back on. During use, I had no problems with the nuts loosing up and they worked just fine for my concrete leveling job. It is a must for using on a concrete leveler job due to the fact you must walk in the leveler.

J'avais acheté ces semelles pour ragréer le sol d'une maison. C'est vraiment génial ! Pas besoin de stratégie car on peut marcher partout sans souci. Il faut juste bloquer les picots avant de s'en servir pour la 1ère fois et raccourcir les sangles après réglage pour ne pas tomber en marchant dessus.

Buen producto tanto para pisar encima de pintura reciente epoxy como para airear el césped. Segui las recomendaciones de otros compradores de atornillar bien los clavos y funcionaron a las mil maravillas.

Well they were kind of slippery, and the screws came out. Anything deeper than half inch leveling these did not work. We were leveling a house that ranged from 1/4” to 1.5”. I would wear these and they’d slip and I’d almost fall on my arse several times. Discarded them early in the project and stuck with my Welles. Saving them to aerate my lawn.
