it is really a heathy choise
it is healthy. it makes great roast potatoes, I use in all fried foods, and it goes a long way.

Would it not be more economical to buy a duck, roast it, eat the meat and harvest the fat from the duck after roasting it. I wager you will get more than 180g of fat from one duck and you get to eat the meat.
