I wear a large clothing but always size down on sweat vest. This one fits a bit snug where the armpits are, so I think a large would have worked better. I wore this for a while. It does not sweat the tummy area much, but the sides it does great. I ended up going back to my tried sand true belt by Sweet Sweat. That is the BEST one I have used thus far and it is very durable. Have used it for several years now. No rips, tears, Velcro great.

I was trying to decide if I needed a Large or Medium. I ended up ordering the medium. It came the next day after I purchased it. I’m 5’5, 165 lbs, and my bra size is 36/38 D. It is difficult to zip over my chest but the stretch is good so I eventually got it to zip. The stomach area fits perfect. I haven’t worked out in it yet but plan to do so soon.

My first time trying a product like this and it was very comfortable. I'm usually a medium for tops so I decided to order an M. It fit on perfectly, however, the only downside is that when I started to work out the vest would keep rolling up. I had to keep straightening it out during my workout. Otherwise, it did help me sweat a little bit and I usually don't sweat. I also did notice it helped me with my posture when doing abs.

Have two I wore out prompting for purchase of additional vests! So comfortable I can wear them all day. Well made; they stand up to daily use! Just wish they were a bit longer.

I’m 5’2/166 pounds/36D, and I brought a size medium! Overall, it’s a decent vest! I jogged for two miles, and the vest didn’t raise at all! However, the breast area is kind of snug, but thats beneficial in my case, because I jog a lot! Also, I did sweat a lot, however, the sweat does seem to absorb in the vest rather than dripping off you once you take it off🤷🏽‍♀️

Very disappointed with this product. I expected this to be a full vest with a belly band that goes overtop which is not at all what this is. It is a top part that zips over your breasts and then a belly band and they are only connected via the back so there ends up being this weird gap between your breast and the belly band. And the whole contraption only went down to be belly button and didn’t cover any of the rest of my stomach. Very disappointed.

i highly recommend this product to anyone who wants the extra help on losing weight. i give zumba classes and i have a class that ranges from 6 to 20 girls. ALl of my girls bought one from me, and as my class continues to grow i will keep on ordering more. They fit as expected, and they are easy to wash as well.

I was skeptical to about purchasing this vest because of all the other one's that I've purchased that turned out to be a total fail. I am happy to say that I've finally found the perfect one. It tucked everything in, gives you a good sweat and is very comfortable.
