Does exactly what it says
So far it works exactly as described. It was super easy to program. The first couple days I did have to disconnect and reconnect the battery to get it to work but ever since then it's been fine. Maybe a couple weeks. It's been through the extreme heat of Texas and some pretty heavy rain still holds up fine.

Works as it should. Linear is annoying that MyQ and other devices can't be synced to it. This pad is good and a decent price. 2 minute install.

Good Replacement; Quality Concerns
Good replacement. Screws match the original exactly, so no need to drill new holes. Knocked a star off because it's noticeably lower quality - no gasket and I worry a bit about water intrusion from the rain.
