~ oldWhen it worked it did a decent job, it would bend quite a bit with my heavy S10+ phone but I lent it on my dash. It would often dislodge from the screen and sit on the dashboard, but this wasn't too frequent for me to be annoyed.I bought this in April and used it frequently. Today (September) when I went to drive to work I found the mount sat on my dashboard dissociated from the windscreen. The mechanism that provides the suction (what the lever does) was broken and no longer works, meaning the entire mount is now useless.I need another mount now and will look for an alternative manufacturer.~In the comments below they asked for further information about the item breaking but I wasn't aware. I received a replacement through the post today without even noticing their response. I really appreciate customer service within a company and will continue to use their products.

Thought i'd leave this a while before writing a review so i could give it a fair crack of the whip.It does the job nicely, no problems at all. I seem to recall one reviewer saying it didn't stay on his windscreen (that's why i wanted to test it before writing this) but i've not had any problems with that at all.I bought two of these, one for our works van because the standard length ones put my phone too far away to reach easily (to set sat-nav before driving and put into hands-free mode of course!) and one for when we went on holiday (we hired a car). Both have been sat in direct sunlight during all this glorious weather we've had recently and both have stayed completely solid throughout. The one we took on holiday had a Samsung tablet mounted on it and it still stayed put (note: the stock cradle isn't wide enough to hold a tablet, i made an extra mount for it).

Bought this to use Google maps while I drive, definitely chose the right product.The sucker is actually stronger than my tom tom Sat nav' s sucker!Driving through Sheffield over big speed bumps and pot holes caused no issues. No rattling or other noise.My old Xperia had volume keys where it holds the phone, but it didn't cause the volume to change.Slots perfectly above the fan on the drivers side of my Alfa Romeo MiTo and also use the base adhesive clip with no problem.Better than expected, highly recommend.

I needed a phone holder for a samsung s7, as with my previous one the phone slides down inside the holder until the side grips get to the lock button, and the phone shuts down. Rubbish. so anyway, after reading the reviews i ordered this mpow one and I have to say it does the job perfectly. I have it on my front windscreen, on the right hand side at the bottom and it doesn't obscure my vision at all.The phone holder keeps the phone very steady, not too much wobbling that I can't see the maps I am following.I like the way you open and close the phone holder too.All in all I am very impressed.

Used this product for a few months solidly, did the job until the plastic joining the sucker cup to the stem started to split off and the metal spring fatigued. Apart from this, rest of item was solidly made, and able to hold varying sizes of phone well, whilst being versatile in ability to alter various components to gain best angle, resistant to car bumps/jolts. Very reasonable price, fast delivery. Contacted company who very speedily sent a free replacement after a photo had been sent in of the issue.Currently using item in coronavirus lockdown, stuck to window, to pan phone straight out to lounge for video conferences- can also be used stuck to tabletop in this manner, so can use phone and laptop simultaneously :)

Although on the surface you would think this is ok for any car, it’s not. I have a Mazda 3 Sport and the support clip can’t be used to steady the arm so it vibrates a lot. If the arm was another 25mm it would be fine. The only way to stop the vibration and to fit the support clip is to have the carriage so low that you can’t plug the charger into your mobile. Having said that. The mobile is held securely when in the carriage and it locks at the desired angle without moving position. Would be ideal for a car that doesn’t have a deep dash.I was contacted by the seller of this item who offered a possible replacement option as I had commented that this wasn't really suitable for a car with a deep sloped dash.In my opinion this is excellent customer service, taking the time to review and offer replacement suggestions. I will be recommending the products of this seller.

With mobile phones being used as a SatNav, this Mpow holder is very useful to keep it in view. The sucker works well and the flexible arm enables the phone to be positioned on the left or right of the wheel. The phone gripper is easy to use, and it looks like it will fit a large variety of phones. I am pleased with this device - but It's early days.

The best phone holder I have ever had. Solid build, firm support and easy to use. Does not obstruct view of road but still holds phone without vibration in ideal position for use as a sat nav. Link this with good looking design and excellent value. I am going to order more for my family.
