Much better quality that I expected.
Nice product. The triangle that holds the ceramic plate is tilted, but not really an issue. For the price, o was very surprised by the quality, look and accessories. Little learning curve on how to get your pizza in and out of the oven with it being so hot, but definitely a winner for Friday pizza night.

Be careful!
I bought 3 of these, one for me and 1 for each of my 2 kids. Great pizzas easy to use. BUT BEWARE!!!! The gas line is too short, The connection from the oven to the gas line is too short and the 2 out 3 caught fire! IT turned my propane tank into a blow torch. The first time my son inlaw assumed it was his error. When my oven's gas line also caught fire, it was very apparent it is a design flaw. The connection from the oven to the gas line is too close to the oven and it caught fire, burning through the line and turning it into a blow torch.

A bit complex!
This pizza oven is made with quality materials and put together well. The actual operation of the oven does have a learning curve as just getting it lit is a challenge! The instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired as most statements leave you scratching your head. Important to note that when using the propane burner that the lighting process be followed in that the button is pushed in (and held in) when igniting. Failure to do so will result in the unit not working. The actual use of the oven is so dependent on the dough as it is sticky and difficult to work with. Make sure the stone is preheated for about 15 minutes as that is what’s cooking the dough! Using the turntable to evenly cook the pizza is easy. All in all the pizza tasted great with a crispy crust and a seared top. But quite a bit of work to get there. The cover design is a bit clunky as you may see once using as the straps are difficult to adjust once it’s attached. It’s also pretty heavy to move around afterwards. My opinion on this unit is that it’s a good one but will take some getting used to.

Propane hose failed
I started it up and preheated it for about 10 to 15 min I put a pizza in it for 70 sec and when I was taking the pizza in side I get asked if flames were supposed to come out the back the propane hose had failed and was on fire. I feel it was a manufacturing issue a faulty part but still be carful. But before the fire the pizza cooked fast and it was good.

Good backyard oven
This was my first pizza oven so there was a learning curve for me. The instructions were okay but could have been a little more detailed when it came to the baking part. We ordered two take and bake pizzas to try in it (mediums 12" because that was the size that would fit in it). The first time I left in on the tray (see pictures) that you leave it on if you bake in an indoor oven and it baked fine except the bottom was a soggy so we had to finish it in our indoor oven . That was just lack of critical thinking there probably on my part so I didn't repeat that with the tray on the next one.But once you get the hang of it, it's a good pizza oven that is simple to use. We are satisfied with the quality and how it performs.

Hot & Fast & Good Pizza!!
I have to say. I was bit hesitant on how hot this would get with Pellets chips without any electricity. Once this oven gets going it gets hot fast. I brought it to over 700 degrees in just a few minutes. The wood smoke gives you pizza the right amount of flavor with fast heat. I love the fact that it has the manual rotation under neath. I haven't tried the gas option yet, cause I'm a smoke/grill fanatic. Once last bit of advise. Get a butane torch. Make life easier when starting the pellet fire.

Great multi-fuel oven
This is a solid pizza oven. I love the multi-fuel option, and the real wood smoke taste. The rotating stone is a game changer if you have ever used one of these ovens and tried to turn a pizza with tongs and a peel. Great for keeping up north at the cottage!
