You can stabilize it by adjusting the rear leg. If you lock it in right it’s solid. The tiniest of wobble if you lean, but you’re buying a compact, not commercial grade.

Can this stepping elliptical be easily moved?

Yes. This can be moved around super easily with two big wheels in the front stabilizer

Is this step machine sturdy?

Yes!! It is very sturdy and stable. I'm 5‘8 and 250lbs but I can tell it is very sturdy and quiet, It doesn't wobble. Just as good as those $1000.00 machines.
