Aorus Thunder K7 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - Cherry MX Red

I purchased the Aorus K7 Thunder keyboard as I was looking for a new mechanical keyboard to replace my aging Logitech set up. As mechanical keyboards are the latest and greatest in the keyboard world it was kind of hard for me to distinguish which was going to the right choice for me.I was sold on two points really, 1) the Cherry MX Red keys, easily my favourite Cherry key and the most popular by far! 2) the removable macro/num pad keys, now I can turn my full-size keyboard into a tournament sized piece. Excellent!The orange backlight is a nice touch and different to most of the standard options these days, although RGB colours do seem to be taken over somewhat.Solid build quality left me no doubt that this keyboard will stand up to a lot of punishment.5 Stars easy!

This is a cheaper orange-only version of the keyboard, which is not written in description. The original version has two colors - blue and orange, which change if the Caps Lock is pressed. Unfortunately, Amazon doesn't allow sharing my experience with the seller, Scan Computers, so I'll keep it short - do not buy this keyboard unless you want a keyboard with limited functionality, and do not buy from Scan.
