No Junk Mail, Cold Callers, Salesmen or Religious Groups - Engraved Sign

I would have given it 5 stars however the following is of note:-Pros:It was a nice design and had a nice finish.The words on the sign itself are clear and distinct.Cons:It was slightly flimsy and will have to have a reinforced backing to be attached to a wall.It was not a big as the photograph on the Amazon website would suggest.Whether it will brace the winter weather is in the lap of the gods.

Positives: arrived much earlier than expected, through the post. Neat and looks good, was nice to be able to select the colour. Sticking it onto the door couldn't have been simpler.Negatives: Seems to be sticking although I cannot comment on its longevity (if it falls off it can be remedied with a dab of superglue). This is a very lightweight item and I couldn't help but think that for the price it should have been heavier. Its Poundshop quality - that is not to say that it is not a worthy, just that it is not worth the money being charged even including delivery costs.Doesn't have the intended effect as I received junk mail this morning, but the company cannot be blamed for that!

Professional looking message. Generously priced. Ready, and easily to fit with sticky back tape. A gentle message - such a big relief for us, because it saves the embarrassment or awkwardness I personally feel in asking RELIGIOUS GROUPS not to KEEP calling at my door. Plus all the added requests, phew! Thank you - IT'S WORKING SO WELL.

Have bought these from my house, neighbours and parents. I have a camera set up which send alerts when someone is on the drive. You can always see leaflet droppers stopping right outside your front door, seeing the sign and walking straight back! Great feeling.It's respected by 90% of leaflet droppers. Get a colour that's different from your door's postal flap so this sign stands out more. Silver sign on silver flap didn't work too well so I went with red

I was looking for an alternative to cheap looking plastic stickers with a similar message and we're really pleased with the quality and look of this product. The messaging is polite and to the point.With adhesive strips already attached, I just had to clean the letterbox cover and stick it on! Obviously you can't guarantee people will read or take any notice of the sign, but if it eliminates just 50% of the junk mail we get, I'll be happy :)

This was a great purchase. The amount of junk mail I was receiving before I stuck this on my door was unreal. I still get the odd idiot posting crap, but it's reduced at least 80%-90% now. So, if you're fed up with all the junk mail and cold callers... Order one of these!

As far as the product goes, looks nice, sticks well no complaints. If you want to stop the junk mail, be advised that this placard will not work on it's own. You have to opt out of "Royal Mail Door to Door" via Royal Mail's website, print off the form, complete and post it to RM Customer Services.

So far I have ordered three of these and they work pretty well. Except for two African Christian groups I have never heard of trying to show me the path to enlightenment and the chancers leaving bags to collect unwanted clothes, now I haven't really been bothered. Before I was inundated with junk mail and utility sales people. I wish I bought this ages ago.
