Comfort 12XXL Camping Mat - Red

Although only used for summer camping so far, the depth of this mat provides superior comfort, helping to provide a really good night's sleep.

I ordered this for year-round cycle-camping and touring. Having used other mats in the past, both closed-cell foam mats and self-inflating mats, I've found that when used on on cold damp or wet grass, during the night the cold penetrates through, particularly on the self-inflating mats. This mat, however, remains snug and warm beneath me whatever the weather and ground temperature, thus making it ideal for all night use.At 190x57cm, it is about 10cm longer than most other mats, 7cm wider and its 365g weight is up to 100g heavier than other backpacking mats. However, the extra 7cm width and length make every gram of this 100g worth the extra pedaling effort because the mat offers valuable extra room, if only for your arms at your side rather than resting them on the cold tent floor. After a day of cycling or walking, I want to be comfortable and enjoy a good night's sleep - and this mat is the best guarantee of being warm, cosy and comfortable.It is 5-season rated and can be trusted to not allow any chills to penetrate through from cold, damp or even frozen ground and can be used for camping all year round.Definitely recommended and I would choose no other.

I bought this to use for exercise in my flat as it was thicker than most yoga mats and would recommend. It is thick and comfortable.

Use it for floor exercises and it's great as thicker foam than most.

Bought for October Beaver camp. Came home a bit scratched up but served its purpose. Son reported going to sleep fine and didn’t feel cold. 12mm thickness better than most roll mats and handy elasticated bands hold it rolled up.

Bought for my daughter. She said it was very comfy.

Very comfortable for a bad back sufferer but a bit bulky..unless like me you roll it on the inside of your pack with bivi bag over
