I read a lot of the reviews about this product before I bought it. I am completely 100% deaf without my cochlear implant processors, which I take out at night. There is literally no way for me to wake up other than somebody waking me up, until I got this clock. A few points:1) I would not put the vibrating piece under a mattress. I placed it under my pillow, and it was definitely strong enough to wake me up, for sure.2) It does keep 12 hour time, not just 24. The only slight annoyance is that there is a leading zero on the single digit hours in the morning. It doesn't bother me that much, but it is something to know.3) If you're looking to be woken up by any of the alarm sounds, they are not very loud at all. Even if I could hear well, I'm not really sure if I would be woken up by any of the sounds they offer.4) While it does not have a battery backup, it does have a MEMORY back up. So, if your power goes out, the clock will not be on. However when your power returns, the clock will still be set to the time and alarms that you have already put in there.If you cannot hear well, especially when sleeping, and other alarm clocks don't work for you, definitely try this one. The vibrating piece, under your pillow, will definitely wake you up.

I purchased 5 alarm clocks back in July. Every single one of them the USB wire snapped while leaving the metal piece inside the alarm within a short period of time. I tried replacing with other USB cords, but not the single other USB cord will get the alarm to work (and I have tons of em). Reached out to the seller numerous times and still have not received a response from them.This deserves 0 Stars, unfortunately there is no such option.

The wife could sleep thru a tornado! I always had to wake her because she wouldn’t hear alarm clock! This thing gets loud and the bed vibrator is the real deal. She is up now when this thing goes off. I recommend this product, it works!!

Perfect alarm, quite loud, led lights could be brighter but, what I like the most is, the vibration thing you put under the pillow

This is not loud at all and has to be plug into a charger box has no battery backup and has to be set back up if it gets unplugged every time just gonna use my cell phone alarm it’s more dependable

This actually woke my impossible to wake son in his dorm room. Twice. And then the entire clock simply fell apart and stopped working. The front and back halves split away from each other and it should have been easy enough to press them back together but nothing worked anymore, so it didn't matter. And even the cord for the shaker broke. Such a good idea, but the materials are garbage.

Love this little jewel!! I'm IMPOSSIBLE getting up with most alarm clocks. This one is the greatest!! Love it and KNOW I won't oversleep with this! Impossible!! GREAT BUY!! Recommend for those who ignore regular alarm clocks!!

Excellent product with awesome features but instructions and manual are terrible; missing and upside down pages. You have to find true instructions with trial and error and with using google translator!!

Es un reloj despertador con 2 alarmas, si colocas el zumbador bajo tu almohada y lo programas, te despertará de seguro. Es muuuuuuy ruidoso y tiene mucho mivimiento. Puede despertar hasta el mayor dormilon. el reloj es muy visible y tiene además varios niveles de intensidad en música y en luz. Sin duda es una gran adquisición para quien no se puede despertar y necesita hacerlo.

The media could not be loaded.  Está bonito, me gusta que se puede cambiar desde el tono de alarma hasta el color de los leds, de todos, el vibrador es muy fuerte de hecho y si no te despiertas es porque no quieras. Si alguien de tu familia, alguna persona mayor sufre de dificultad para despertar ésta es una excelente opción.
