Have to use a top coat that isn't sticky. I found that you have to put a warm colored powder over a cool gel polish and a cool colored powder over a warm gel polish in order to get the desired effect or otherwise it will look like regular chrome, as you can see in the picture. I fixed the blue chrome nail and put a warm powder over it instead, which you can see in the picture with the full set. I put 2 or 3 layers on to get the effect I wanted in these pictures. I am pleased with this. My powders came in small containers, but the containers were pretty much full and the powder will definitely last a long time. A little goes a long way.
