There is a size chart in the description. You should order the size that your measurements fall into, not based on your weight.

Q: Are the made in USA or elsewear and run small?

The tag says they are made in China. I am 5'4" 130 lbs and the small fit perfectly for me. I don't know if that means it runs small or not.

Hi. I am 67, 5’1”, and weigh 110lbs. I wear One Size. I don’t remember why, but my original order was size: Plus Size. They were way too big and didn’t fit at all. So, I reordered One Size, and these fit. Yes, this size could accommodate larger size women. To my and your advantage, the material is absolutely nit see through or stretched too thinly. I love the softness of the material. These leggings are very comfortable. LynKin

Both the plus and extra plus sizes have 28” inseam. You will need to know what your inseam is to know where they will fall on your legs.
