Review: Great bright light with very useful and straight forward functionality - Installed this week, the 30W light is very bright and with the handy remote is useful as a working light and security light. Fitting was very straight forward. Operation is simple enough with some time to experiment for setting on the remote. I have ordered a second light for the lawn area for night time badminton. Being able to simply turn on and leave on is a great addition. Bought on promotion at a fantastic price.

**Q: How long is the cable on this light**
A: It is about 1.5 meters.

**Q: Light keeps turning on and of at night within about a minute**
A: I've got the same. It's most likely your pir sensor is faulty

**Q: What distance does the  motion sensor activate?**
A: we have the light set to come on when the dog steps out but the range still seems good as the thirty second timer stays on while he wanders about  quite  a large garden area.so the sensor must be covering 6 metres or so at least ,which is the space that the dog uses. seems to be decent , lights to at least 20 metres down the garden. i know that this is not fully answering your question but as we don't need it to light on approach ,i would have to wait in the garden for the timer to go out to measure but generally i would recommend this light

**Q: Can somebody help to set up the sensitivity via the remote - I need the further away. Cannot figure out which arrow on the remote: left or right.**

I purchased this item to replace the same item I purchased in April 2024. The Manufacturer states the item should last for 50,000 hours. It appears one or more of the LEDs failed. I am disappointed it did not last longer as it was set to switch on at night for 10 seconds. Easy to install and the included remote control allows for easy adjustment from the ground. I hope my original unit was a one off and the replacement will last much longer.
