Best temporal thermometer
We have used the Exergen temporal thermometers for years, they are the best in our opinion. Made in the USA and trustworthy. They have a five year warranty but we have never had to use it.

Quick easy and accurate if done properly
Pretty much lives up to all the hype. The concept for its use is very easy. However It's also easy to get an error reading. An "err" message most likely indicates electromagnetic interference like a cell phone (this, for me happened pretty frequently until I figured it out)(teenhelp.org). Just an FYI. In my experience, you have to put it ON your FOREHEAD FIRST then hit the start button. Then go STRAIGHT ACROSS the forehead. It works very well if you follow this process. I am very happy with the purchase. You just need to know these little tidbits. As a nurse. I know that this thermometer is equivalent to a core temperature, which is great.
