Wow, this really works great. I was shocked at the gunk that it cleaned out of the jets. We have a 10 year old Sundance spa and it looks and feels band new! It's easy to use and there wasn't any harsh smell. I wish I knew about this product sooner. It will now become part of my cleaning routine. I suggest using it at least every 3 months or so. I'm still amazed at how sparkling clean everything is now.

If you’re gonna take the time to dump, clean, and refill your hot tub- do yourself a favor and run this for half an hour before dumping. The nasty gunk that comes out of the jets will disgust and intrigue you. I can’t imagine getting into a tub that doesn’t get purged with this! Cleans well, easy to use, and very worth the money.

I used this along with a second similar cleaner in our jet tub in our new house that was used by previous tenants. It doesn’t have a strong smell, is easy to use and this bottle only covers maybe 4 cleanings. I think it’s priced a little high.

I can't believe how well this worked. I used 9.5 fluid ounces in my 450 gallon tub and I was shocked by how much crud it pulled out of the system. It foams up and judge if you want, but I vacuumed the nasty foam crud off the top with my shopvac. It worked really well, and probably made my neighbors think I'd finally gone and lost my marbles completely. I did end up draining the tub anyway because I wasn't into the idea of soaking in water that made my hands tingle to touch. Be careful with this stuff. It works, and will 100% jack your skin up if you come in contact with it.

I have a 300 gallon hot tub and used about 6 oz of Ahhsome. I let it circulate 30 min and then wiped out as much crud as I could. I then circulated it another 30 min and once again wiped out the lime green crud. I've had my hot tub for 8 years and change water twice a year. This is the first time I've used a product like this to clean jets. It seemed to have gotten stuff out and was easy to wipe up. I would use it again and when I refilled tub, it seemed like the jets ran more smoothly and water was easy to balance. Just be sure to take your filters out before using Ahhsome.

This cleaner is the incredible!!. When I married my best friend of 15 years 2 years ago I left my apartment in the city to share his home. Besides being a “dude” my husband was a bachelor for 17 years and a busy surgeon. The house is a good size house and a lot of rooms for two empty nesters enjoying our AARP card. Although my hubby has a house keeper come in once a week; I’m a neat freak, with adult ADHD & pretty sure OCD when it comes to a tidy home. Seriously I get more excited about a new vacuum than a new car almost! Anyway, it’s hard for us old folks to really get this type of tub really clean without it being hard on the back and knees. Our house keeper is a wonderful lady but she is in our age group. We have a whirlpool tub in the master bedroom I use quite a bit. Knowing from prior experience with prior homes how nasty the jets can get with hidden build up of oils from body soap, hair products, as well as body oils and dead skin cells in the jets, I have purchased few different products over the last 2 years to run through the tub to give it a good cleaning as my husband said he never used it. Both the house keeper and I were shocked when not much “gunk” came out. We run a cleaner through once a week. This year for spring cleaning I bought Ahh Some Hot Tub & jetted, plumbing and jet cleaner. I poured 6oz into the tub filled with hot water and ran the jets for 30 min. As instructed. When I came to drain tub I WAS SHOCKED!!!!! And slightly nauseous after I realized I haven’t been bathing alone….. I could not believe the gunk that was in the tub with me!!!!! Especially after 2 years of weekly cleanings with the jet tub cleaners. If you’re a neat freak like me, I highly recommend this product. I know I won’t be buying any other product anytime soon.

FIRST IMPRESSION/CONTENTS: The Jetted Bathtub Cleaner (ASIN B0BHM8VT8X) from Ahh-Some is an excellent product that delivers the results it promises. Use couldn't be easier - simply add 60ml (1/4 cup) to your tub and let run 15-20 minutes (do not add more than 60ml or you may end up with too much foam). You will be astounded by just how much gunk this will remove from your jets no matter how clean you thought they were. Stand back and watch as soap scum and organic material begin to create a greenish, gunky foam at water level. You'll need to rinse this off the sides of the tub during cleaning, and while draining. If you don't the foam does begin to solidify onto the sides of the tub (leaving a scum line as the water level changes). It's not going to do any damage, it'll just require more of your time to clean/remove it. PRO TIP: Don't add the chemicals until the bottom of your tub is covered in water, and keep the bathroom fan on at all times as the resulting fumes from the cleaning action can be a bit harsh to breathe in. If you've ever used Scrubby Bubbles cleaner in a shower, you know exactly what I am talking about. I should also point out it will likely take you several "cleanings" to really get all the gunk out. Also, soak a cloth in the tub after the chemical is mixed in thoroughly with your water. Use this cloth to make short work of the scum line as it forms and the tub drains. Been using this product now for over 1 year now! Throughly cleans pipes and noticed the quality of water has been a lot better since using it. Other products, I found had left over scum in pipes and even in filter canisters. Awesome does a very good job! Purchased 1 gallon to save money vs small containers! Also started using a mineral based cartridge - that also really improved quality of water and skin feels better as well!
