Very bright for its size
I bought it almost a year ago and I’m very pleased, it is small enough to fit in your pocket, and not so heavy. It is very bright, in turbo mode it is too bright. Battery lasts far a long time, and it changes very fast.I would recommend it, for someone who’s looking for a high class torch.Worth the money, I’m totally happy and have no regrets buying this led torch

Ok I'm impressed, no make that astounded lol
I bought a Sofirn SC32 the other day and liked that as it was very similar to the IF 25A from Sofirn that I already had so I thought, hey I know what I DON'T NEED now! Yes another fantastic Sofirn torch. Bought the little SP10V3 also previously.Wasn't expecting much from this little SC18 but I liked the simple UI that is the same with the SC32 except it can do ramping which I don't use anyway. So very surprised to find this SC18 pretty much a delight from first unboxing & turn on. More of a hotspot beam than the diffuser SC32 so it should do well on throw and still has plenty of wide spill. Seems to have the same cool or neutral white as the SC32 so an SST40 at 6500k probably and it's fine with me as I don't really like those buttery warm lower light output high CRI emitters. When you shine this SC18 at a white wall then it is white unlike those mud like warm emitters that all the "experts" fawn over, only they know why. I don't really like very cool emitters either such as whatever is in my Tool AA but it is the best for reading I find and came in very handy fixing the immersion yesterday. This SC18 is not as cool as the Tool AA or the Trustfire, I think they are both Cree emitters of some kind but these Luminous SST 20 or 40's I like fine. What immediately occurs to me is that this torch is so small while still using an 18650 (Sofirn 3000mah that comes with the torch) that it really is a much better option than 14500 battery torches unless you really need a torch that can use standard AA's. eg I have an Olight i5r and Trustfire L2 and Sofirn SP10V3 and Lumintop tool AA and Nicron B74 all of which can use 14500 lithium batteries and a couple of them hit 1000 lumens but this little SC18 simply blows them away or easily puts them in the shade as far as light output goes and it is barely any larger though it is a little larger, actually smaller than the Nicron. Real compact power much more appropriate for outdoors than the smaller AA torches though they are perhaps better suited to indoors when you don't need as much light power unless your house is huge or when EDC space is very limited.I paid about £24 for this here in the UK and it seems in the US/China you can get these on offer for about $13 which is totally crazy as this little thing I got is absolute quality build which is immediately obvious when you lift it out of the box. You could order it from China and wait weeks and be stuck if it has a problem so I am happy to have paid what it is easily worth and received it the following day and have an easy return if it has any issue but it seems absolutely perfect and again I am really very impressed. It's just plain brilliant. Chines companies are really getting their products together. Get them now while still cheap.

Pretty impressed.
Forbid torch is pretty good. It’s really bright, it has a good combination of flood and throw. It has got all the expected modes and a very simple operation and UI. It does get hot but that’s expected, and It does have some artefacts in the beam that may put you off. This was bought as a gift for a Torch layman so I’m sure it will be fine. All in all pretty good for the money, if you just want a half decent really bright torch.

Great little torch
The media could not be loaded. A great little torch packed with plenty of features at a budget price. I own a Sofrin sc31pro and sp36 and really like both of them. This is no exception, great size so can be carried in a pocket or put in a bag/pack/vehicle and always have a good reliable torch on you.Size wise it's just a little shorter than the sc31pro so some may like it's portability. It's a fairly simple use and once you have read the manual and worked out the modes you would use it will become muscle memory to get to.Usb C charging is great one less cable to carry and the replaceable 18650 is a good solid platform for torches.First impressions is I would definitely recommend and see no issues with the torch at all. I will carry it for a while and update if any issues occur.

Great little torch
Really impressed with the power of this little torch, so impressed I bought a second for the car. Matches my Maglite in terms of brightness and would recommend.

Brilliant
Easily the best torch i have bought, and i have some from other brands such as Olight, great features with a sensible price to match. Bought 2 of them as the 18650 3000mah Lithium ion's they come with are worth over half the overall cost themselves with discount. Pros are battery life, beam throw, lockout feature (with moonlight mode whilst in lockout), cost, general build quality, size & decent runtime on turbo.

Bright, but with a flaw
It’s bright, but operating it is a bit - confusing. One major problem with is is the button on the side - which if I put it in my bag, it will definitely get turned on by accident.

Quality, affordable EDC torch
Needed a backup torch in the bag after losing my nitecore. I think this performs better than the FC11 and is probably the best budget EDC torch imo.Great quality with a solid look and feel, USB C charging, none of the proprietary nonsense you get with other brands so one less cable. The UI is great and to get close to 2k lumens for this price is a bargain!
