Lovely warm gloves

The gloves look nice and look like they would be warm but disappointingly they have arrived damaged, the mitten cover on one glove is partially ripped off the glove which makes me wonder if these are even new, if it wasn't so close to Christmas I would be returning them

I’ve not worn them yet , however, just trying them on , I feel that they will keep hands lovely and warm
