First of all got to mention the delivery. Very quick. Ordered in the evening on the 26th, the item was delivered in the afternoon on the 28th. Great. On opening the box I did notice that one of the pins on the joysticks was actually bent. Thankfully it was quite tough and I was able to bend it back into shape without it snapping. The joystick itself is OK. I actually swapped out a clone for this original on the Street Fighter Arcade1up machine. I didn't really find there is much difference to be honest. This one seems a lot lighter in use but apparantly this can be changed by upgrading to a heavier spring. You can definitely pull off all those hadukens, but then again I wasn't having any issues with the clone in that department anyway. I reckon I'm just not a fan of these Japanese joysticks. Small, light, clicky - not my thing. I think I'll go for IL sticks as those were the ones that were used in 90s in the UK. A bit more beef to them. Saying that though, nothing wrong with these if this is your thing. Haduken away......

Firstly I was skeptical that this was a genuine Sanwa stick given the title is “Samwa”, but it was too late by the time I realised the spelling mistake as I’d ordered, so I thought I’d wait and check when it arrived.Prime delivery spot on and it was with me next day. The square gate bears the genuine hallmarks for Sanwa, the branding and the gold dab, and the mount plate equally was the expected oily sheen of a genuine Sanwa not the matt look of a copy.I was fitting to my Venom PS4 fight stick, the bundled cable would have required soldering to fit, but I was aware, so I had a 5 pin JST-XH Female To Female cable on hand for a quick replacement. I replaced the square gate with the 8 way version (simply to try out) and all was up and running in less than 10 mins.Having already purchased some new Sanwa buttons and a matching ball top I was ready to add my custom artwork all ready for the MK11 beta. Ignore the swirl on bottom right that’s just my gamer tag but I didn’t want to advertise.Joystick has the smooth action you expect from Sanwa and I’m now tournament ready!

Easily replaced my old sticks in my Pandora’s box with these. They feel great. Can pull off moves in street fighter so much quicker

This is perfect I used it to upgrade my mayflash f300 arcade stick along with the sanwa buttons. Feels so responsive and high quality. Highly recommended.

Just a warning to anyone out there thinking of connecting this to a jamma supergun, the connections on the bottom of this are not the standard prongs that will fit a normal jamma harness connector. This does include a cable that you can wire into a super gun with the button terminal however the cable has extremely short leads on it, so it wasn't suitable for my set up

Two of the directions are annoyingly squeaky.
