I've had these for 2 months and I ADORE them. Forget Teflon and the easily scratched surface, forget soggy bottoms from stainless that might not even be stainless to begin with (lots of coated fakes out there), forget the uneven heat retention of aluminum. THESE are the best muffin pans. Nothing sticks. Not fruit muffins, not chocolate chip muffins, not even egg muffins. The ceramic cooks more evenly and allows a better rise than any other material. And they clean up like nothing. No stains inside the cup like stainless that you have to cramp your fingers up to get in there and scrub out. Fill it with water, let it stand for 5 mins and everything is gone. Maybe a little wipe down with a rag. And the fact that they come in two pieces only lends more versatility. Especially when making egg cups for breakfast and I don't need 12. I love them.

Definitely heavier than what I used to have but these are a dream to use! Nothing sticks and it’s so easy to clean! My old ones were a nightmare and nothing worked to keep things from sticking but these are fantastic

Awesome, just awesome. I use these muffin pans weekly and they do a great job! Grease them well and clean/handle them gently. I much more prefer ceramic over aluminum, it is safer for your health.

I love these pans! Very heavy and has held up for the last year. Minimal scratches but overall has stayed white and clean. They stack together well too.

The first set had missing glaze and bumps in the glaze. So would recommend really looking them over. Ended up keeping one for each set they sent me to get a prefect set. With that said I love the set once I got a good pair. Muffin release nicely, clean up super easy. Pricey compared to the more traditional aluminum pans but with it for the easy of clean up alone. I should never have to buy a muffin pan again.

These pans are ceramic and not just ceramic coated. Very nice quality.

Love this so much. We make homemade protein muffins every week and the pan is so easy to clean!

I recommend this dish for baking small muffins. It seems to hold less batter than regular muffin pans, but the ceramic coating makes for easy muffin removal and dish cleanup. I recommend it - just note this will not give you large, full-size muffins.

I only use glassware for baking now, and these are excellent. Great look, easy to clean, and everything comes out beautifully.

It says "non-stick", but it sticked. It is not non-stick. Very disappointed.
