This product is awesome! It’s so lightweight and portable and would be perfect if you travel a lot and want a massager to relieve pain on the road. The build quality is insane, feels way more expensive than the price! The attachments are easy to put on and use. The ability to change speeds is what I like the most about this product! It means you can get a deeper massage depending on what area of your body you are using. Finally, the carry case is a great touch. Really high quality and perfectly compact for when I need to pack it away!

I haven’t used a massage gun like this before but have used the massage wand style. This is much more powerful than the wand and so far I feel like it is really helping my tight trap muscles. Not exactly easy muscles to access myself but I can get my wife to do it for me and she doesn’t moan about her hands hurting after 20 seconds! I’ve also tried it on my calf muscles but think I need to build up to doing it for longer on there as I find it quite ticklish! Overall quality of the massage gun is great - and the case is a lovely bonus and also seems to be of high quality. Nice selection of heads to use with the gun too. So far for me settings 1 and 2 are plenty strong enough.

I purchased the massage gun as I run almost daily and attend HIIT classes and was often getting Delayed onset muscles soreness (DOMS) I have used the R3 Mini Massage gun from Renpho roughly 30mins after trainings and seen a reduction in DOMS and a increase in performances / times due to this. I use the different attachments as per the body part suggested and a personal favourite is the small bullet shaped instrument, I used this on the base of my feet. One thing I would change is the button click to scroll through power/speed but that is me being very picky. It is a brilliant product and I’d definitely recommend if you want to reduce muscle soreness and improve performance. It is well built, compact and comes with perfect instruments and instructions.

Nice and compact. Yes not very powerful but for the money it does the job. The main issue is battery life. Not even close to what it claims, it runs for maybe 6 or 7 cycles then the battery meter begins to flash which means charge. Overall 3.5/10 because at the end of the day it is £400 cheaper than a Theragun

I've seen a few massage guns on the market recently but couldn't really justify the money. For background - I've never actually enjoyed massages - even a gentle one seems to hurt me. I have chronic back pain, but (stupidly) I train for deadlifts and I'm very active in the gym. After some research, I purchased the Renpho Massage gun around 3 weeks ago with no expectations. I didn't know whether these massage guns were worth it or not and whether it could help me, but I'm glad to say I'm blown away with how good this device is. The device itself feels solid, but not too heavy where it could be uncomfortable for long use. It comes along with 5 attachments and a USB charger, all in a hard carry case which makes it brilliant to carry it around. I actually spent a few nights away last week and took it with me, it's become a part of my recovery routine for the gym and a pain relief method for my long term pain issues that I don't think I could travel without anymore. I've found the lowest setting to be a really deep massage massage that I use slower and on the more 'fleshy' areas, and I use the faster settings around areas closer to the spine. I don't even know how long the battery lasts because I've only had to charge it once or twice in 3 weeks - it's brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend this product. I've already let 2 or 3 people use it and they love it too and are after buying one. It's well worth a try for anyone who is after something to help with soreness and pain relief - It's the best thing I've purchased all year!

After using the adjustable arm massage gun, I decided to purchase the mini gun to carry around with me on my travels. I often cycle long distances and this aids in the recovery after. First impressions is that its small, very small but very well made with a premium feel. It has a nice smooth rubberised grip and a nice weight to it when held. Very simple to use with an on/off button that also adjusts the 5 speeds. The gun is also very quiet, I usually set it to work with the pronged attachment on my thighs and instantly feel relief in my aching muscles. I would highly recommend be it you just want a massage or to aid after a workout.

Terrible battery life, absolutely not as advertised. The box says '2 hours' but even on the lowest setting it doesn't even last 30 minutes before the battery is flat. Renpho won't help because it has been purchased through amazon, and amazon is pointing at Renpho. Avoid purchase at all cost if you want good battery life!

been looking at buying a handheld massager for some time. We have a set of Renpho Bluetooth scales already, so we’re familiar with the brand. The massager is a quality product like the scales. It’s reassuringly heavy but not unwieldy in your hand. The massage action really gets into the knots and tightness in your muscles. Yes it’s great post gym and training, but also after all day at your desk, as we all work from home and have tense laptop shoulders. You could spend double on a handheld massage, but don’t bother this is small, powerful and just as effective. Give it a try.

My leg usually feels pain on back heel and ankles after 2to3 hours sports play, and it takes me usually 3-5 days recover to normal. With this muscle massage gun I could recover within 2 days with only one hour massaging. Awesome pain relief and muscle massager. Love the sturdy case it comes with, and all kinds of interchangeable header in different shapes. It does take some time to get fully charge from 1bar or empty but the battery holds up and working long enough, at least 15cycles from full charge, so you don't have to make charging everyime after treatment. The only downside is the repairability of this device will be bad since no screws holes or easy disassemble instructions provided when battery life going downhills or something goes wrong after warranty period.

Auch ist mit dem Aufsatz eine Masse entlang des Halses oder der Schultern möglich. Der Luftkissen-Aufsatz dämpft die Stöße der RENPHO ab. Die Massage fühlt sich entsprechend weniger tief und kräftig an. Der Luftkissen-Aufsatz wird deshalb zur Massage empfindlicher Körperstellen verwendet. Material und Qualität: Auf den ersten Blick und auch als ich die Massagepistole das erste Mal in der Hand gehalten habe, wirkte sie auf mich sehr hochwertig. Die Pistole macht einen recht massiven Eindruck. Zudem wurden die Materialien intelligent eingesetzt. Fazit : Die RENPHO ist eine sehr gute Massagepistole im Kleinstformat. Sie wird mit ganzen fünf Aufsätzen geliefert und ist dadurch sehr vielseitig einsetzbar. Hinzu kommt, dass die Pistole fünf verschiedene Leistungsstufen besitzt, die alle wichtigen Arten der Massage abdecken. Besonders positiv hat mir auch die Lautstärke der Mini-Massagepistole gefallen. Diese fällt im Vergleich zu den meisten anderen Modellen sehr gut aus. Hinzu kommt, dass die Renpho wohl über eine sehr gute Handhabung als auch eine Top Qualität verfügt. Die Schwächen der RENPHO hingegen halten sich in Grenzen. Der Preis ist fair, könnte aber etwas geringer sein. Des Weiteren ist der Akku nicht austauschbar. Das ist allerdings bei den meisten Massagepistolen der Fall. Auch ist mir der Geruch etwas unangenehm aufgefallen. Nach einiger Zeit hat sich das jedoch gelegt. Alles in allem kann ich die RENPHO demnach jedem empfehlen, der eine gute Mini-Massagepistole mit wenigen Schwächen zu einem fairen Preis sucht.

The first thing that I liked is how fast the shipping was. I am a swimmer and at the end of each practice I end up with sore muscles and have really painful spasms in my legs, so I decided to purchase this massager gun to help with that, my friend recomended it to me and I have to say that I am really impressed with this product. The gun is really well built, it's not heavy and it's easy to use, most of the accesories are made of plastic but have a good quality. The power of the gun is incredible, with the first level, I can feel that it massager the deep tissue of my muscles, I have been using it every day since I received it, for almost one week now and the battery is still full. Another thing that I loved is the case that comes with the gun, you can carry it and the accesories everywhere.

Für die schnellen Leser einer Rezension: Ich bin absolut zufrieden mit der Massagepistole und kann sie wirklich empfehlen. Pro: - handlich und leicht in der Anwendung - super verpackt in einer Tasche. Ideal auch für Reisen oder die Wettkampftasche - mehrstufigen einstellbar und 5 Aufsätze - ca. 80 min Akku Leistung Contra - also wenn man auf ganz hohem Niveau Jammern möchte dann könnte die Massagepistole noch ein tick leiser sein. Aber sie ist schon sehr leise Ich mache viel Sport. Überwiegend laufen, mountainbiken und kraftsport. Gerade bei schnellen oder langen Laufeinheiten habe ich schnell am nächsten Tag ordentlich muskelkater. Da ich nicht jedes Mal meine Frau fragen möchte ob sie mir diesen rausmassiert, habe ich mich informiert was ich ansonsten noch machen könnte. Da sties ich auf massage Pistolen. Da ich bereits die Körpergewichtswaage von RENPHO nutze und sehr zufrieden bin, holte ich mir auch die Pistole von Renpho. Die bestandteile der Lieferung muss ich nicht aufzählen, die sind ja in der Produktbeschreibung einsehbar. Ich möchte aber erwähnen, dass ich das mitleifern eines USB Kabels sehr gut finde, auch die Anzahl der Massageköpfe. Außerdem finde ich die "Tasche" sehr cool und hochwertig. Auch die Massagepistole macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Die Massage Pistole kam genau zum richtigen Zeitpunkt. Ich hatte durch eine Trainingseinheit am Vortag noch muskelkater im Nackenbereich. Also habe ich den Flaschen aufsatz zum testen aufgesetzt und meinen Nacken damit massiert. Und ich muss sagen ich bin begeistert. Durch die verschiedenen Stufen kann ich "schmerzende" Stellen leichter massieren und weniger schmerzenende mit einer stärkeren Einstellung. Ich habe dann noch verschiedene muskelgruppe massiert, auch ohne muskelkater ist es einfach angenehm und tut gut. Somit wie oben schon erwähnt eien absolute Kaufempfehlung. Sie ist handlich, praktisch und vor allem hilfreich!
