We have clear satellite signal, and it doesn't track at all!!! It only records him home when in wifi. I don't care about his fitness goals, it was promised as a tracker if he runs off and hasn't worked once...they will also not issue a refund on even partial of the yearly fee.

Buy extra charger wire to keep wherever your dog goes to visit or stay with family or friends.

Seemed nice to start off at home for the 1st few days. But when I traveled with my dog over the holiday weekend it killed the Battery on the 6 hour drive. I charged it once i got there, but the battery died again 2 days later. Glad I wasn't counting on it to track my dog if she had escaped while on vacation or driving home yesterday, tracker was dead.And the zip ties to connect it to the collar, seems pretty junkie.

I bought this tracker to be able to find my puppy when she escapes. So far neighbors have been the most help in returning her. There is a "safe zone around home base which means that it is of no help in locating her. I was hoping for more specific help when she is only two9 or three houses away and the direction she took

Had an issue with it charging so I messaged them and almost instantly I got a response back and they got right back to me. As for the actual tracker, it's useless.The only thing about it is it holds a charge fairly decently for an active dog. Doesn't track at all when you hit the find your dog button. On the off chance that it actually does happen and work, the dog is so far past where it showed he was it's useless.Would return it if I could,isn't worth the $10 a month subscription. VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISSAPOINTED

It’s super light weight and the battery has held up fairly well so far. Unfortunately, the ends of the zip ties have caused multiple scratches on me and seem to jab her in the neck. I cut them as close to the fastener as possible, that wasn’t the problem. The sharp edges from cutting them are the problem. I tried filing them down to try and dull the edges but wasn’t able to rectify it. Otherwise, this seems to be an ok product.

I like that I can verify location of the dog while being watched by kennel personel. Ie vacation. I don't have any experience yet with the location, find features. Seems like it will work.

It seems like the tracking feature works okay (though not super specific). But I didn’t realize when buying it that we’d also have to pay a monthly subscription to actually use it. In the end after cancelling the subscription it was a waste to have at all but now it’s too late to return.
