Decent almost pro bench at decent price
I am not sure of the negative complaints - to summarise and addresses these past negative comments:Bolt sizes and manual not clear:-All plastic packaging that held the individual bolts were clearly identified as parts P, Q, R etc so bolts are clearly identified when referencing the manual. I think many people who have complained of such issues just haphazardly opened the plastic bags emptied the bolts / contents into one pile, and then had no idea which was which. For me, the whole build process took 30 minutes to complete. I did have correct tools though such as socket wrenches etc. So this is something users must be aware of, as no tools are included to construct. The frame is not straight. The frame is unsteady:-Again here, the remit is to tighten the bolts up at the end when the bench is fully constructed - just as the manual clearly states to do - this way everything aligns first and then you can torque the bench to your specifics needs. My bench is great, it is sturdy and well built. All in all a good solid product and looks great when compared to the other home bench options. I like the incline and decline options on this too, which is a great bonus for sit-ups and decline bench press etc.

Easy to assemble and sturdy. Great price
I really like mirafit products and am starting to fill my gym up with them. This bench is a great price and is nice and sturdy.I like the fact the lower seat part of the bench is adjustable too, with a really nice silent gliding action. The handle on the front and wheels on the back make it super easy to move the bench around the gym.The padding is much thicker than my other benches. It has a really nice feel to it. The orange and black theme along with the logo all look nice together and compliment my other mirafit products.Fairly to put together. A nicer touch would have been to have all the bolts on a piece of card with letters next to them so you know where they go instead of all in a bag and guess where they go. Having said that if you are competent at putting furniture together it is relatively easy to work out where everything should go.Would definately recommend this bench over all the others out there in this price range. Really pleased with my purchase.

Good solid bench, couple of niggles, but still recommended.
Once constructed (more on that later) and a bit of tightening, it's a nice solid bit of kit, and I'm very comfortable lifting as heavy as I would in a commercial gym. The ability to quickly change the incline / decline quickly, of both the back rest, and the seat, is great. There's many a commercial bench which lack the ability to go decline - so top points for that. And there's many a home gym bench where you have to screw and unscrew in order to move anything. So designing something this solid, for the home market, that still has a "quick shift" ability, is commendable. It does have a couple of niggles, that if fixed, could have made it even better though.1) It comes flat pack, and the instructions to build it are out of date. I was actually given a different set of nuts and bolts to that in the instructions, and thought I'd have to contact the seller to get replacement bits, instead I persisted with the build (mainly to see what was missing) but with a bit of educated guess work, could see that a couple of things had been substituted and worked out where the everything was meant to go. But those who aren't confident in their flat pack assembly skills, might want to avoid.2) The quick release on the seat needs to be kept slightly loose in order to work. If you screw it in too tight, it just won't work. But once you find that sweet spot, it works fine.Overall though, I am impressed. The last home bench I had (many years ago) was about the same price, but couldn't go decline, everything had to be screwed and unscrewed, and it was still wobbly as hell. So, I'd still recommend this.

A well built bench.
I would've given it 5 stars for "easy to assemble" but it didn't include any kind of spanner to assemble it. Luckily I have a decent range of tools so was able to assemble it easily but for someone without the tools this would be an issue. Just chuck the usual cheap multi spanner tools in and that'll do the trick! Other than that the bench is spot on, my other benches have a pin mechanism where you have to slide it out, line up all the holes while trying to hold it in the right place with your other hand and jiggle the pin until it finally slides through. So this bench is much needed, just lift up the padded back and move the handle to the desired position, takes a second.. if that. It's comfortable and at a nice height. Good range of decline and incline too. All round good bench, I would recommend it.

Solid, sturdy bench
Decided to invest in a new weight bench after my previous one started to get a bit rickety and pieces began to fall off it. I've not been disappointed - this bench has a lot more weight to it, feels very sturdy and your body feels stable as you're doing exercises. The assembly instructions weren't perfect, but it's easy enough to work out (you may think you're missing some nuts and bolts, but that's because a couple of pieces come pre-assembled). Overall an excellent bench and one I expect to last quite a few years.

Sturdy - light - semi professional bench
Been in gyms my whole life and have come across all types of benches. I’d say this one is would stand up-to daily use in a gym and therefore it’s perfect for home use. I’ve had the bench 4 months and have used it 4 x per week with some fairly heavy weights and it looks good as new. I like the fact the bench is quite light weight and easy to move around in a small area in my garage. As with anything treat it with care and it will last. If you want to be doing something like cross fit jumps on it I’d say buy a wooden box....
