TASCO LRF 600 Golf Laser Rangefinder Black

Easy to use, I have to brace on something for longer distances as I can't keep my hands from shaking slightly. It allows me to get the range to something near the target, like the front of the green, edge of a bunker, etc. When I get close enough to the pin to get a steady lock on it I can get the distance to the hole. I don't have the ability to judge distances so I use this a lot and it is a huge help. I'm still learning my distance on my new clubs and I just came back to playing so after a good shot I can check the distance and am learning my limits.

Got it yesterday, used it today. Does NOT come with a battery as I thought it said, no biggie, had a 9volt ready. Walked around the neighborhood shooting different object for practice and seemed to work well, took it out for a round today and was very accurate to course markings. Hard to locate pin beyond 300yds but that doesn't affect me. From 200 yes in picks up flag quickly with a steady hand.

This rangefinder is junk. It will give you a different yardage everytime you press the button on a target. Missed 2 shots on 2 separate hogs because they were farther than the rangefinder said. I could see this thing working at Disney world to see how far the line is for the next ride, but this Mickey mouse p.o.s. ain't worth a damn for hunting. *Hunters DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY*

Works good up to about 175 yards. Any farther and it's hard to hold on target loon enough to get a reading. That's okay in most instances since it's most used for iron shots. Checked accuracy with a Calloway unit and was accurate within 1 yard.

Great within 175 yards, but outside of that you'll need a tripod to keep it steady. I usually just look at something like the bunker next to the flag as it's next to impossible to get a reading past 200 yards. Perfect for all shots inside 150 yards which is what I purchased it for, so I am a happy customer.

Simple to use and accurate. Picks up a 24"x18" target quickly and easily. It does exactly what I need it to do and it's a relative bargain compared to dedicated shooting range finders. No exotic batteries to replace either, just a cheapo 9V. I'm very happy with this purchase.

If you read the directions then you’ll understand how to use the unit properly. The unit works very well and it does what it needs to do on the golf course.
