Easy to cut and fit, it prevents overheating and sparking caused by food splashes, extending your microwave’s life while saving you money on expensive OEM parts. ## Description Sheet of wave guide cover material for all brands of microwave ovens. This mica sheet is usually found inside the cavity on the right wall or upper wall of the oven cavity. It covers the entry point that the microwaves enter the oven cavity. Fat and food splashes that gather on the cover over time cause the cover to overheat, burn and become soft. This can lead to sparking around the wave guide cover during the microwave cooking cycle. If this is not dealt with it can lead to the cavity being burnt as well. It is important to regularly inspect your wave guide cover for burn marks and replace as necessary. The sheet supplied is 150mm x 150mm which should be big enough for most domestic ovens. The idea is that you cut and trim this sheet to the size of your original cover. The material is easy to cut with a sharp knife or scissors. No special tools are required. If your old cover has a screw hole in it then a leather punch can be useful to make the hole. Otherwise the point of a screwdriver can be used to make the hole. Purchasing a universal sheet like this is often the easist option to obtaining an original cover as the originals can be expensive and in some cases difficult to source especially with all the strange brand names sold by supermarkets etc. ## Features - Universal Mica Wave Guide Cover - Save Money & Repair Your Own Microwave Oven - Dimensions: 150mm x 150mm - Cut This Sheet To Size - Fits Most Microwave Ovens ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Asin | B00F0SJY0E | | Best Sellers Rank | 1,770,629 in Home & Kitchen (See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen) 735 in Microwave Replacement Parts | | Brand | TheOneStopSatShop | | Colour | Brown | | Customer Reviews | 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars (15) 4.0 out of 5 stars | | Date First Available | 6 Sept. 2013 | | Guaranteed Software Updates Until | unknown | | Model Number | MICA150X150 | ## Images ![Microwave Oven Universal Mica Wave Guide Cover Sheet 150mm x 150mm, Cut To Size - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41qOXL1kzQL.jpg) ![Microwave Oven Universal Mica Wave Guide Cover Sheet 150mm x 150mm, Cut To Size - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51kklN2aVjL.jpg) ![Microwave Oven Universal Mica Wave Guide Cover Sheet 150mm x 150mm, Cut To Size - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41BqidvFaDL.jpg) ![Microwave Oven Universal Mica Wave Guide Cover Sheet 150mm x 150mm, Cut To Size - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/412PuHNcG8L.jpg) ![Microwave Oven Universal Mica Wave Guide Cover Sheet 150mm x 150mm, Cut To Size - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41JFHy3S8nL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great!! *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 18 December 2025* Does the job.. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Four Stars *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 4 February 2016* Works brilliant, very easy to use . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Four Stars *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 10 April 2016* Good and quit service --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/48726526-microwave-oven-universal-mica-wave-guide-cover-sheet-150mm-x](https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/48726526-microwave-oven-universal-mica-wave-guide-cover-sheet-150mm-x) --- *Product available on Desertcart Cyprus* *Store origin: CY* *Last updated: 2026-10-23*
