There's plenty of room for several medications/supplements including fish oil capsules. The outer box is well made, as are the inner compartments. I don't have to worry that my meds will spill out into my purse or luggage because the hinges and closures are secure. Also, I like the way the inner compartments sit in the box. They're raised curves make them easy to remove and replace as needed. I would recommend this product for travelers more than just someone who needs it for home use. In that case I'd recommend a regular snap open front type. This is the boss for traveling!
