**Q: Hi, could anyone please tell me if there is any indication on the labels or the packaging as to where the pillow cases are made? Thank you!**
A: There is no indication where the pillowcases and the bed sheet were made. I washed them but they were still very hard to the touch so I took a small strip from the inside seam and did a burning test. The fabric is not made of 100% cotton at all. During the test there was black smoke, which is distinctive for synthetics, and the residue contained quite a lot of hard plastic bits. A cotton made product would leave just some grey ash. I am very disappointed that Amazon allows such an obviously misleading product description.

**Q: Buttons or poppers?**
A: The duvet cover is fitted with poppers.

**Q: how much access is there to insert duvet?  That is, full width, half width,  or less than half width?**
A: The Duvet cover has a large insert almost full width for easy insertion of a duvet, no problem,

Be sure to wash these before using them as they feel horrible at first, hard, scratchy and nasty. Washing does help but they're still not as soft as I'd like. After a few weeks use they're holding up well although I'm a little concerned they won't last due to being so thin. Colour is well fixed and hasn't been an issue in the wash. I don't know if it's my quilt or this cover but I'm forever having to adjust it as the quilt just won't stay in place, after a night or so the quilt has moved toward the bottom leaving me holding onto an empty cover, same problem with my pillows spinning inside the pillow cases. Maybe it's something I'm doing wrong but not anything I've had a problem with in the past.
