Caran d'AchePablo artists quality colouring pencils tin set of 30 assorted water resistant colours

My name is Tibbins and I am addicted to coloured pencils. There, I have admitted it - I just cannot get enough of them. I am intrigued by the differences in them and have to try them all. These Pablos are really very good, albeit totally different from my Polychromos and Holbeins. These seem a little harder and therefore hold a sharper point, which is great when using in conjunction with the softer pencils. The colour is sharp and even and lays down really well. Personally I feel the Polys and Holbeins blend slightly better, but there is very little in it, and I learned quite early in my colouring experience that the choice of pencils is a quite personal thing with many different individual preferences. Even the feel of the pencil before ever placing the tip on the paper differs from user to user. Personally, I like these very much, they are a very useful and welcome addition to my collection and I have already used them a lot.

I researched all the top brands of pencils before purchasing these. I have to say that they live up to all expectations. They are absolute top quality. They may be very expensive, but you certainly do get what you pay for. I also purchased the Illumiance pencils, which we're amazing for blending. These pencils are great for outlining,

WHAT A BARGAIN!! That is the first thing, pencils at a fraction of their normal price. Very pleased with that. I love the Pablo range, the colour range is beautiful and the fact that the Supracolor Soft colour range of water colour pencils match the colours can make pictures look beautiful. Really, really pleased with purchase, recommend these pencils to everyone anyway. This bargain made my day.

I did my fair amount of research and this was slightly cheaper than anywhere else online.Came quickly and worth the money. Really happy with the result.

very hard to choose between these and faber castell polychomos. i suggest if you really can get a tin of both., i love these becuse some adult coluring books have very tight small bits to colour and u cant always see what ur doing. i love marco refine , faber castell etc and these but really depends on my mood and the picture im colouring which pencils i use . also how my hands feel. i cant decide

I bought these for some finer detailed work, I'm only a beginner but these pencils are incredible and a fabulous addition to my pencils and quite possibly one of my favourites!

Pigment colors, good, easy to us

I purchased this set of colored pencils to add to my collection of pencils. I own a lot of colored pencils from budget pencils to Caran d ache Luminance and Derwent Lightfast. I was looking forward to adding some more colors to my collection. My first impression was how thin the pencils were and that they were hexagonal, not round pencils. If you use Derwent or Caran d ache Luminance pencils they have a thick core and are heavy in your hand. These pencils have a much thinner core and are lightweight. The color selection was the most disappointing issue for me. There is nothing unique to add to my large collection of pencils. I would call these crafters' colors which may not appeal to a nature artist. There are only 4 greens and 3 browns and 2 grays in the whole set. I would not recommend these pencils to someone that likes earthy natural colors, thick and heavy colored pencils.

Kredki raczej twarde, choć w użyciu wydają się miękkie. Niektóre wydają się bardziej szorstkie niż inne. Kolory ładne, ale barwy trochę zgaszone, bardziej matowe jak w Polichromosach, nie tak intensywne jak w Prismacolor. Mieszają się trochę gorzej niż tamte kredki ale ogólnie jest dobrze. Brak koloru cielistego i ciemnej zieleni. Nie zachwyciły mnie, choć też nie mogę powiedzieć że są złe. Takie przeciętne jak na kredki artystyczne. Minus za wgnieciony brzeg opakowania. Słabo zostały zabezpieczone na czas transportu.
