It works!
Crows were taking the food I put out for squirrels. I wanted something that would keep them away without harming them or other animals. I hung Fake Dead Crow (FDC) off the squirrel feeder, and the crows stopped coming. The squirrels were completely unbothered. I left it out for two days, then brought it in. A few days after that, the crows started showing up again. I put FDC out again, and they stayed away. This cycle has repeated a few times, but maybe the food is delicious enough that they're willing to risk it when they haven't seen FDC for a few days. Also, I'm not putting it anywhere else on my property, so maybe I'm not scaring them far enough away. I don't know if it's strictly necessary, but I move the crow only in the evening so they don't see me. I don't want the crows to think I'm a bad person who kills crows! One weird thing happened -- the last time I brought it in, I saw yellow dust on its chest, and a couple of the feathers were out of place. It was hanging, not on the ground. The only thing I can think is that maybe bees tried to nest in it. Fortunately, there's just a single thin layer of feathers over the plastic body, so they couldn't get under that.Anyway, I'm very satisfied. Wish something like this worked for cardinals and mockingbirds.

Fabulous!
Amazing...ended our crow issues in 3 places! No issues...I do think you should move it around a little. Do not do it while the crows are watching...you can shew them away then place it. We hung ours on a trellis, or layed it on a lounge chair or on the deck. Five of my friends have bought them so far and all are jumping for joy! We do not leave ours out overnight unless maybe you have it hung up high just in case a racoon pays a visit. We live in town but we get "visitors". Also I put it way after it worked but when I have seen them flying over head and maybe rechecking the area, then I put it back out.

It works! Still working after 1 year
Well made. The crows stay away from the farel cat food bowl. They no longer sit on the power lines in front of our house. No more crow poop on our truck. I have one more crow decoy recently bought hanging upside down in the back yard to protect the bird nests.

It works!
Who knew? We didn’t, until we had to figure out how to keep crows away. Three loud crows were determined to hang out in the backyard and constantly bully our dog and cat. We hung fake dead this crow from a tree in the yard. The mean crows were vocal when they discovered it, but flew away, and have (so far) stayed away. This fake crow is very realistic looking.

Crow Decoy Really Works!
We purchased 2 of these crows to hopefully keep crows out of our corn field. Last year these crows pecked out almost all of our new corn. This year we hung 2 of these crow decoys in the field and our corn is beautiful. The crows flew from tree to tree around our garden making lots of noise showing their disapproval of the dead crows. They then left and have not returned. These crow decoys are definitely worththe money!!!
