Otto grill a must! If you like perfect steak!!!
THIS IS FOR OUTSIDE USE!!!!!! DO NOT USE INSIDE YOUR HOUSE!!!!!!A tip would be to make sure your steaks are at room temperature or even throw them in the oven for a little bit before. I got this for my husband for his birthday, which is six days before Christmas. We used it last night for the first time and it exceeded our expectations. I can’t explain how awesome this is in a summary. We have had many grills over the years some really expensive some not so expensive and it was always hard to get grill marks on the steak. The otto grill. Takes GrillMarx to another level. It actually puts a melt in your mouth crust on the entire steak. It changes the fat into just something yummy and I hate fat, and usually cut it all off. It turned it into candy with the Otto grill. I hope you can see in the pictures the actual heat from the top and the crust on the steak it’s not the kind of crust that’s gross it’s like when you cook bacon to the almost crispy stage and the fat kind of crunches a little bit and melts away in your mouth. It’s like that, I can’t recommend this grill more. It’s amazing you’ll never wanna cook your steak any other way ever again can’t wait to try different proteins, different ways. My husband is very fussy with his steaks. And we will buy online wagyu steaks for up to 200$ a pound. The steak in the pictures were from our local butcher. They are $90 worth of steaks. They are roughly 1.3 pounds each and we had four of them. My husband cooked two steaks at a time for two minutes and 40 seconds on each side because they were an 1 1/2” thick, they came out a perfect, medium rare and tasted amazing. If there is 1 thing they should improve upon it’s the lever to raise the shelf up and down. There is a lot of adjusting, even though they say you won’t have to…I hope this answers anybody’s questions, and if your doubting whether you should get this or not the answer is you should. It’s worth it. Happy grilling
