Broken within a month
This worked a few times but has now stopped working. The button to activate the system gets very hot when on, and also the battery cover just comes off exposing loose batteries to your pet. I can’t believe this item is allowed to be sold and now the seller has gone awol with no chance of return. Avoid!!!!!

Best purchase for a high energy dog!
We have a lab and I’m so glad I purchased this! Our lab is three years old and we were expecting our first child so I wanted to get something that would help him release energy on days where we might be too busy to exercise him. Training him to use the button was easy, we got it on the first attempt. Now we put the button on one end of the house and the dispenser at the other and he runs back and forth, entertained and exercised! We put his dinner serving of his dry dog food in the dispenser and make the hole small enough that it dispenses about 4-5 pieces at a time, keeping him quite busy. We even set up a little bit of an obstacle course so he has to do some jumping. This is one of the best pet toys/accessories I’ve ever purchased!

Great
Can use it plugged or with batteries. Our dog loves it and it's practical to play or te feed to spend some energy.

Wasn’t sure now in love
The media could not be loaded. I was going to return it she was nervous of the noise at first. Then she finally ate some of the treats that came out at first, she would scratch at the button and I would have to push it for her then when she finally learned how to push the button she went back-and-forth and loved it. I think it’s the cutest interacting feeding puzzle toy. It is so cute. She’s a toy poodle that’s five months old, she weighs 2 1/2 pounds and I didn’t think it would work but she did figure it out and it’s absolutely adorable and with her being so playful. It’s really cute to watch her. Try to push the button and run back and get some food highly recommend as well worth the money spent on it , and it gives us a performance to watch I wasn’t sure about the size but you can adjust.how much do you want to come out

My dog figured out our before I did.
This toy is super fun. The instructions leave a little wanting. It doesn’t tell you small things like flip this little piece over the part that tumbles. That’s very important. If not, it’ll just rotate, but not dump the treat. I mean, I figured it out after a few aggravating 20 minutes. The button it comes with will get thrown across the room if you have a bigger dog. My husky gets excited and paws at it and it just flips over and over The rubber piece that it sits in flips like one of those frogs you used to use to make in school… The paper ones you fold up and flick? The suction cup that comes with won’t suction to anything. We have not tried the stake in the yard yet. So I’m not sure if that one is going to be the winner for this game. However, that would make it a strictly outside toy. So I basically have to hold the button and let him push it and then he can go get his cookies. With a few thoughtful upgrades, this could really be amazing. It is on the cheaper side for this type of training tool so I will figure some things out to make it more useful for us. We also have fun playing with it and since we have to hold the button. When he hits it and goes to get his treats, we pass the button to someone else. So it is an interactive game for everybody lolI do really like the option, that you can use batteries to run this, or you can plug it into the wall. That is a nice function. In the manual, it will say that this is a charging cord. The next sentence will say do not use the power cord if you have batteries in it. Makes it sound confusing. It’s not a charging cord. It’s just if you want to plug it into a wall outlet. You might miss in the description that you are going to need batteries. It does not come with them. I love the Amazon basic batteries. They last about as long as Rayovac. Great Price point and even better if you do the subscribe and save. You will need AAA and C batteries.

Great activity for hot summers and rainy days
The media could not be loaded. I have a young, energetic dog and live in Houston, TX so I’m always on the lookout for ways to keep her entertained and active inside the house when it’s so brutally hot and humid. This is a great option for us.My dog picked it up in just a couple minutes and happily runs back and forth across the house hitting the button and getting her treats. I do have to keep the button with me so she doesn’t push it several times for more treats or move it closer to the dispenser for easier treat grabbing- silly pup.It was easy to set up and use and holds a lot of treats or kibble. The dispenser wheel does sometimes get stuck and I have to reset it, but hitting the reset button has worked so far. And the number of treats dispensed can be pretty variable (sometimes 6, sometimes none) but overall I’m pleased. The dog sure loves it. I’ll have to see how it holds up over time- especially the button part (55 lb dog slamming her paw down can’t be good for it). But the dog has fun and it tires her out so I’m a happy camper
