Product description A double-blind, human pilot study published in Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine found that those who ate the most carbohydrates and took a supplement containing Phase 2, lost significantly more weight and inches from their waist than the placebo group. When stratified by total carbohydrate intake, the Phase 2 group lost an average of 8.7 lb. (3.9 kg) and 3.3 inches off their waists, while the placebo group lost an average of 1.7 lb. (0.77 kg) and 1.3 inches. The results were statistically significant. A double-blind, placebo-controlled study of 60 human subjects showed that those who took Phase 2 lost an average of 6.45 lb. (2.93 kg) in 30 days, compared to those on placebo, who lost less than 1 lb. (0.45 kg), on average. Those participants on Phase 2 also lost, on average, over 10% of body fat mass, and more than 3% in waist circumference.The study was published in the International Journal of Medical Sciences, 2007. A double-blind, placebo-controlled, crossover pilot study of 11 adult human subjects showed that starch absorption averaged 66% less in the group taking Phase 2. The study was conducted by Joe A. Too low dosed
62.5mg of 20:1 white kidney bean extract per capsule is pretty poor, but unfortunately I glazed over this dosage before buying and only recently realized how low-dosed this supplement is.Compare this to the previous supplement I bought which had 500mg of 20:1 white kidney bean extract, which was the same price for the same quantity, meaning I have to take 8 capsules for the same dosage and that this package of 90 should last about 11 dosages.

Phase 2 definetly works for me!
I have used Phase 2 products on and off for years and they absolutely do work, but some effort is required too, you cannot just take them and then pig out and expect to lose. If you follow a reasonably healthy diet, then they do work, I am a nutritionist and so have tried every diet under the sun literally - SW, WW, Keto, cals, and the best result I have had this year is following a 1600cal a day diet so not terribly strict as I am only 10stone and I got to 9.7lbs with these in a short space of time after following so many other diets I have never had a loss this good, so I am back on these as of today to shred some pounds off for a slinkier Christmas and to make room for some goodies! :-)

Pretty good.
It honestly helps, I've tried tons of different brands and this one is my favourite.It recommends drinking tons of water, but it seems to work just fine with 1 bottle/glass after taking them.The only reason I stopped taking them, is because my daily rutein has changed alot and I forget to take them.So I recommend these if you put in the effort to remember. :)

Good Product Overall
These supplements arrived quickly and well packaged. The instructions on how to use them is pretty clear and the ingredients list easy to view. I haven’t noticed much change in my weight loss journey and feel that the product hasn’t really helped me with losing weight but I am on a slim fast diet at the moment so my carb intake is relatively low. I think this product is more for people who have a higher carb intake than myself. It is handy to take out and about with you and I think it’s a good product overall but just isn’t for me.

If you wanna waste money buy these
Sorry but these are crap! No difference whatsoever and I've been taking 2 every morning. The only carb and sugar blockers that worked for me was the Block tablets that were 400mg! A little more pricier at £19.95 but they actually worked! I'll go back to them

Excellent
I have been delighted with these carb blockers.I was sceptical because they were cheap compared to other similar brands. I have lost almost 3 stones over 6 months.I take 2 before high carb meals like rice and pasta.I have had no side effects. I still have more weight to loose so I am going to continue with these as they make the difficult task of weight loss much easier.
