Big mistake
Terrible experience, I have been using Otterbox for more than 10 years now, and I have never had a bad experience before with its quality. however I am now shocked to note the quality of this case, with in a very short time the case has split from its sides, very bad quality. At such a high price, I feel cheated. I contacted Otterbox main office and I was even more disappointed from their lack of interest in solving my issue. They just sent me a link which is no use.

Bad quality material or design or used piece
The case is very loose towards the charging port area and it shows the color of the phone visible. It looks like that the temper of the case has gone and a loose chin which makes the phone appear ugly. Color of the case is good. Overall the phone case is good even if it feels bulk in the hand.

This product does not last long
Updated review, the new item provided by the seller lasted only one year, not more. Updated review following the excellent after sale service from Otterbox. They sent me a new case immediately after I contacted their customer department. Bought this case 8 months ago. I am very careful with my phone and despite all this care, the plastic of the case peeled off which made the case unusable. Disappointed with the quality and durability of this brand...

Protective, but MagSafe is weak
The case seems to offer good protection (granted I haven’t had it that long yet), but the MagSafe is very weak. The magnetic connection to an Apple wallet or MagSafe charger is weak, and moving the iPhone slightly severs the connection.

Lovely case.
I sent a long time researching the best case for my phone. Outtebox had good reviews and was a reasonable price. I wasn't disappointed. There is a raised edge to protect the screen and camera. Feels nice and doesn't a great job.

Great protection.
I've been using Otterbox cases for years and I believe it's the best company on the market. The case is perfect, durable, doesn't deteriorate, and has MagSafe.
