Works great and has awesome customer service.

I bought this Nov 8 and it’s already fried and not working 3 months later

I was hoping this camera would help me with the area I needed it for. I had to download an app that was sort of difficult to navigate. And don’t think about getting this if you need to have it right side up. It might be better if your light fixture dangles down.

Five. Stars for customer service.For whatever reason, the software update stopped my camera from working. Instructions said to reset the camera, but I cannot. The reset button is broken in the camera, Otherwise it would still work. It’s past the return to Amazon date so I can’t get a replacement, however, Customer Service offered me $10. Better than nothing and great customer service.

Does not have return to original position feature after tracking something, I have other type of bulb cameras that do, so I am replacing this one with that type.

For the money for whatnit does just get it
