Hasbro Gaming Trivial Pursuit Game, Classic Edition Multicoloured C1940

It’s a good game. Gets everyone invested.

A lot of people have been saying the questions have an American bias towards them, this put me off buying the game for a while, but haven't purchased the game have to disagree, i've seen plenty of UK based questions which would be confusing for an American audience as well, but there is a good mix of questions. Overall i would recommend the game to anyone who is a fan of quizzing and trivia games but the price is slightly too high, it should be £12-£15 maximum

Our family has had an ancient Trivial Pursuit set for several decades. The questions in the old one were now so obsolete and outdated we never played it, so I bought this for my dad for Christmas to replace it. My siblings and I are in our late twenties/thirties, and my parents are in their sixties. We all found questions that appealed to us and challenged us. Some very tricky, and enough that were easy and guessable to still make it enjoyable. My mum of course had a moan that there weren't enough classic general knowledge questions in there, and too many questions that "in 20 years time no one will ever know", but she's just grumpy that she lost ;) I disagree with her – there's plenty here for the whole family, especially if you have an even broader range than us. It's a lovely update, with the same classic styling. Will definitely be getting it back out next Christmas!

Good game, questions are quite hard in general, ( might just be me) and quite a few are American questions. But all in all, good fun

The game came in very good condition. It looks in the same state if you had owned for a couple of months. It was clean and cards seem to be a mixture of general knowledge. In terms of age the cards seem like they are about a decade behind so for our family that's fine. For the younger family we simply have to select questions. In terms of the game being second hand don't let that bother you. The sellers have clearly worked hard to make it look and feel brand new. I did not find the questions too small like so many other reviews (I wear glasses) but a cheap looking glass is the trick. Not sure if you can get up to date cards but most general knowledge questions are timeless so its still, I believe, one of the best games for the family. So great value for money. Its actually nice it is second hand. I love that it is being reused.

Nice board, cheese pieces a bit lighter compared to original. I’m sure the questions are harder :)

Trivial Pursuits is a fun game to play with friends and family and anyone to test their knowledge.

Unless you are American this version is boring and almost unplayable,most of the questions relate to American culture,history,sport etc The old version I played a few years ago was much more diverse and entertaining
