MasterClass Glass 2cm Saucepan Lid Designed to Fit All 2cm (8 Inch) Saucepans and Frying Pans

Speedy delivery of a quality item. This 20cm glass lid fits my pan perfectly. It has a screw-on knob rather than a soldered one which means if/when it gets loose I can tighten it with the screw rather than have to buy a new lid. I'm very happy with this product as I have an expensive pan set that could last me forever if not for the solder knobs!! ;). I'm off to order these lids for the other pans in my set because I most definitely prefer the see-through glass lid with screw-on knobs as opposed to the metal lid with soldered knob.

The knobs on my saucepans had started to perish. Started to look for a set of suitable new saucepans without success. Then discovered I could buy new lids. Amazing. Measured my existing pan lids which were 1cm. larger than lid sizes offered (for example: one of my lids measured 25cms. - lid for sale 24cms.) Bit worried but went ahead and ordered as felt they must be a standard fit. I was right. They fit perfectly. I'm thrilled with the result.

Cheap & easy replacement but beware that the second part of the plastic (the wider ring) can snap off. Doesn't break the rest of the lid, just make sit more wobbly and it spins around a bit. But for the price, it's a great value replacement if you've somehow managed to lose your pan lid... Also as someone else said...I like the 'see through' feature of this lid!

This saucepan lid is the best. You can see what's cooking through the glass, it fits the round shape of the saucepan so well, it is very light and easy to put in the dish washer, the handle is ergonomically shaped to fit between your fingers and thumb. What a lovely experience using this.

These are fantastic for the price and you must be careful not to put these straight into water after being on the frying pan. Let them cool down before you wash them in water or they will shatter. I see a few reviews have already done that and they have shattered. Brilliant for the price and it is nice to see the food cooking without having to keep taking the lid off.

It is marvellous to know that I can now replace glass lids. Having one of those stupid saucepan drawers with open sides I often have an accident with a lid, so would end up with a lidless saucepan. No longer the case. Obviously one can find different sizes, so I am delighted. The price was reasonable too. Would certainly recommend.

Nothing to dislike. Great quality; easy to clean; balances perfectly on gas ring so no tipping over as was the case with a previous brand which was only suitable for flat surface hobs. Excllent overall.

Esta tapa de vidrio es excelente. Es resistente, fácil de limpiar y encaja perfectamente en mis ollas y sartenes. Me gusta que el mango no se calienta y el diseño transparente permite ver los alimentos mientras cocino. Muy útil y de buena calidad.
