I bought this wondering if I should take a chance on a low price point product. It installed nicely but the provided hoses were a little too short for my particular widespread application. I couldn't find longer hoses anywhere and thought I should have gone with another brand. I was able to contact the seller. I was surprised at how fast they got back to me. I explained the situation and they had me give them the measurements fo the hoses I would need. I was told they'd make them. I was thinking this was going to take a while, within a week they were delivered to California from mainland China. The faucet works great. The level of customer support for a product at this price point blew me away!!

Paint comes off easily. Under counter gasket to sink is too small and leaks. Very difficult to install in a tight space. Plumbing Connection Design is very poorly engineered. After six hours of fighting with it, I am removing and going with brand name. Think about it...water can do just as much damage as fire.No confidence and not worth the risk...;-(

I had to return this faucet set because the color didn't match the other fixtures.IMPORTANT: Unlike polished chrome, when selecting "gold colored" fixtures, different brands vary in their tone. Make sure all of your fixtures are the same brand!

Not only was the sink fixture high quality and easy to install, but the company provided longer hose lengths to fit my custom sink after I made a request! Thanks for the support!

Good quality faucet that our handymen installed without issue. It looks and works great. My only concern was that the color is a darker almost copper like gold rather than the yellow gold in the picture that I was expecting. Nevertheless, I decided it was close enough and had the polished finish I needed. Very happy with the purchase and reasonable price.

WE like the price and the care put in the product---from packaging , the 3 the connecting pipes are included ,the drain is the pop-up and you do not have to snake below the counter to connect the pulling rod to drain the water . It is a GOOD buy !!!

Essentially I could not recommend these faucets.To anyone.Ever.Not even to a person I don’t like and secretly hope randomly stubs their toes.Backstory: I bought these because they fit the new esthetic of a bathroom that underwent a complete overhaul (from flooring to faucets!). I bought them in Feb of 2020, cracked open the package and saw what looked like well made (heavy) faucets with a few superficial chips to the finish that didn’t bother me enough to send back (that was my first mistake!) and so they were installed a month or so later when we got to that part of the renovation.Pros: they are beautiful out of the package. The matte black finish and the afore mentioned heavy feel of the metal these are made out of gives you a false sense of security that you bought something really nice at a much more reasonable cost than a similar item from a big box store.Cons: just go ahead and throw away the drain stoppers. After two plumbers visits and countless reconfigurations with loads of plumbers putty, they never stopped leaking. We finally purchased different ones and have had no issues since.The ‘quick connect’ plumbing lines were just shy of impossible to connect behind the sink basin of one of the sinks…if you have a narrower sink cabinet without a whole bunch of wiggle room to get your hulked out forearms back and up there where these need to connect then you can forget about running hot or cold water to these faucets.For the first two weeks, these faucets leaked out of the top of the base plates of the handles. After shoving more plumbers putty under there and tightening the nut underneath to the point that I feared for the marble sink top, this has stopped….I think.Here’s the kicker, I purchased these specifically because they had a great look. Joke is obviously on me if you’ve seen my pictures because immediately after installation the finish started peeling off in little flakes like bad dandruff. Every little ding or scrape left behind a bright silver or brass mark on the finish. Now, a year later, the faucet spouts have started to wrinkle and bubble like they are thirty years old, used hard and put up wet. Sigh.Essentially, I guess I got what I payed for. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT put these in your cart…you’ll end up having to buy new faucets within a year, like me, which will cost you a lot more in the long run.

Beware! If you use your sink to soak anything, it will discolor the brass on the sink stopper! My kitchen sink was full of dishes after thanksgiving so I soaked our cloth napkins in the bathroom sink. Only used oxyclean white which is bleach free. Never crossed my mind that this would happen and of course I am now 24 days outside of the return window. Otherwise loved this product but this is major design flaw. Hoping someone from the company sees and can send me a new stopper!
