This flashlight is super bright and you can tell it is super durable just by holding it.

This light uses 6(!) Cree XHP50.2 3v LEDs for a massive amount of light output. With the 3 included batteries and handle, it weights 845g. The beam profile is really nice, there is some petaling on the outside but the beam has a nice size hotspot with only a hint of yellow corona. The reflector is orange peel. The UI of this light could not be easier. It has 3 levels controlled but a magnetic switch. The light only accepts button top 21700 batteries because of how it is constricted. There are no hidden modes or battery check. There is USB-C charging under the screw off tailcap. The threading is nice and smooth. The fit and finish is excellent. The handle is easily removable if it is preferred without it.The Light output on start up is very, very bright. When put on level 3 in a rack room, it is like turning on an overhead light. It is truly impressive. The main body when put on level 3 does get uncomfortably warm to hold but that is mediated by the handle. The handle has a nice balance point and never gets too hot to be comfortable without gloves. Level 1 is enough to light a room comfortably and seems to be fairly stable once the ATR steps in. There does not seem to be any flicker.The thermal throttling however, it very intense. When set on level 3, it takes about 30-45 seconds for the ATR to kick in and put it at about 1000 lumens (a guess). Once ATR kicks in, the throttle turbo is about the same as level one. You can briefly enter level 2 and 3 from step-down but it again steps down very quickly. This is still brighter than most of my lights on turbo. There is no way to change the thermal settings unfortunately so you get what you get as far as how it was set at the factory and hope the calibration was accurate.Water cooling might keep the ATR better in check, but the 6 LEDs in this light get hot and there is no way around physics. There is a stable amount of light that is pretty impressive and seems reasonable given the size and cost. Run time is 6 hours according to the published specs and that probably seems accurate. There are a lot of lights that claim higher numbers but if you are looking for a fairly stable 1000 lumens for a light with a handle and a simple rotary dial, this is a fine way to go.

It’s like walking around with the sun in your hand. It daylight wherever you aim it 2 of them could light up a basketball court. I played pickle ball for 30 minutes just using this light. It gets a bit hot out of water but so far no problems. 3 brightness levels on high I think it would melt ice. Heavy enough construction where I drop wouldn’t probably do damage. Like I said it’s unbelievable if you want maximum lite in a hand held flashlight I’ve never seen one like this. The photos show the 3 levels of brightness in a pitch black back yard

I love flashlights. This one is in a category all its own. It is incredible! Smaller than expected and heavier than expected. Very well made. It is waterproof and rechargeable. The brightness is fantastic. You have 3 levels - 1000, 5000, 15000. The 1000 is impressive, but the 15000 is better than any spotlight I own. To be so compact and rechargeable, I am amazed at its output. Highly recommend!

This is by far my favorite flashlight.Very well made and incredibly BRIGHT.I added a picture to show its size.I thought it would be much larger and was pleasantly surprised it was not.
