Does not work - unreliable - no support
Got this as a bridge from the Yale Smartlock and Alexia. Purchased in December, 2022 and just now opened the box (don't ask). Unit will not update the firmware and does not sync to the network, even though it is a hard wire connection. Error message (show) shows that it can not update firmware. No web site given for any support, whatsoever!!! Totally useless product.

The ethernet model does not support WiFi, it only supports wired ethernet
The listing says the unit is wired and also supports "wifi". This is not true. You either get the version that supports wifi, or the version that supports wired ethernet. This is not a combo model. I am unsure why the seller continues to list "WiFi" in the title. Wi-Fi is a trademark of the Wi-Fi alliance for 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax and WiFi does not mean _anything_ that uses 2.4ghz (like zigbee). The unit did work fine when wired to ethernet, but the listing, at least at the time of my purchase, is deceptive. I contacted the seller before returning to let them know of the error.
