Dexam 2-Piece Plastic Round Burger Press, White

My mother had a plunge burger maker but the mix kept getting stuck above the plunger.I brought one of these for bean/nut/vegetable burgers and its great makes great patties but i think i would prefer one a little deeper as they dry out a bit quick in the oven when baked saying that they're great for cooking in a frying pan they cook quick also its very very easy to clean and stores in a draw so takes up very little room.

I started looking for a burger press when my son got a fancy metal one with a push-down operating handle for Christmas. Stumbled upon this one so thought I'd give it a try. Works as expected - you can press your burger mix down really tight so that it makes a good patty that doesn't fall to bits as soon as you pick it up. Not worth spending the big money for the fancy metal contraption when this plastic one does the job.

Easy to use and clean. Meat didn’t stick to it so easy to remove the pressed burger. I used to make thin sausage patties and thicker burgers. Great value!

I bought this think it would be a good thing and it turned out to be a fantastic thing. Whenever I used to make burgers before they would always break up because I couldn';t get enogh pressure on them before they would then squish up in my hand. I bought the non stick papers to go with this item and its fantastic. none of the burgers broke apart whilst cooking and I now have piles of different burgers in the freezer ready to use whenever I want made from totally fresh ingredients. You will love this product.

Great bit of kit. Simply designed, easy to use and easy to clean. Couldnt ask or expect for more. Holds the burgers together nicely top to allow them to cook without falling apart and gives a nice consistent size.

Very very good - my family likes the thin burgers so now I can make them with no issues.Works really well - I don't use any film or separators and it works just fine.

I've used this loads since purchase and the burgers are always of a good size and shaped nicely. It all depends on the type of meat used I suppose, my personal preference has been the 500g 5% fat lean beef mince from Tesco, I'd get 4 decent sized burgers from this. Finely chop a red onion and add a small amount of mixed peppers to the mix, once shaped sprinkle with sea salt and crushed black pepper , cook them in the grill for 3 minutes each side to firm them up and then keep turning every 2 minutes until they are cooked to your standard, guaranteed to be the home made burgers you will have had.

Anni fa avevo comprato un altro stampo in metallo, ma dopo poco si è arrugginito. Questo stampo in plastica è perfetto: riesco a fare hamburger dal peso fra i 120 e i 190 gr. Ottimo acquisto!

Comprato per curiosità, i bambini mangiano spesso hamburger e con questo articolo riesco a "controllare" meglio la qualità della carne che mangiano.Molto pratico e piccolo, si ripone in un cassetto piccolo e si lava in lavastoviglie e consente di preparare con facilità hamburger.Ovviamente la differenza nella preparazione dell'hamburger la fa quanto tempo si lavora a mano il macinato prima di pressarlo.

agevola la preparazione degli hamburger e fa dei cerchietti sulla carne che facilitano la cottura. Vengono perfetti! su possono fare hamburger più alti o più bassi a seconda del proprio gusto
