Pelikan 4001 Ink Bottle (Brilliant Red - 62.5 ML) 329169

I paid Rs.540 for this ink, and it has a very dull colour, as if I am writing with water filled with red color. A big disappointment. There is no provision for refund, and they said they will offer a replacement, but what is replacement going to do as it is going to be of the same quality.
