Clear, comfortable and easy to use
The headset paired right out of the box with both my MacBook and iPhone, it was extremely straightforward.I was surprised just how good the sound quality is, I normally don’t rate budget headphones too highly but these perform extremely well. The connection was stable, the sound was clear both for speech and music. The microphone was next to be tested, I tried a Voip call and also a call from my iPhone and the other person heard me very clearly. It wasn’t a noisy environment but my voice was clear and concise.I then used the headset for a few hours on teams calls, very comfortable and no problems. I bought this headset to address 2 issues from my old usb set…1. Wireless freedom, no issues and works in the next room2. Comfort, my old headset used to press quite hard and hurt my ears after 30 mins, these were very comfortable.I would highly recommend these for the price and the docking cradle not only provides a handy hook but keeps them topped up. Only comment is they switch off when on the cradle so dont forget to power them back on and allow a couple of seconds to pair before using.

Very Good Voice Quality
This is an update to my previous review when I gave it 4 and a half star, despite not being able to connect it to my computer as I could connect it easily to my iPhone and the people on my calls said the sound quality was so good that they couldn't even think that I was speaking through the headset but unfortunately just a few days ago when I wanted to use it, the left piece ffell apart, all to my surprise. It's no longer available through the seller and is marketed and sold on Amazon through anotherseller which might be the same one witha new name.Due to this inferior quality, I did not order a new one from this brand and do not recommend it anymore. This is a value for money product as the voice quality is similar or even better than Jabra Evolve 2 75 headset which sells at £310 (the one with a charging base) but at a fraction of Jabra's although when listening to music you will not have a great experience but if you're not sensitive to such a quality, then this headset can do the job.I can hear people very well (I have an iPhone 14 Max Pro) and they can as well, some of them saying they could even hear me better when using the mobile headset. It comes with a charging stand which is a very good supplement to the headset but the downside of using this base is that the moment you connect the headset to it, the headset turns itself off which is not good since if you receive a call while charging this device you won't be able to answer the call using the headset and have to switch it on and connect it to your mobile in order to be able to pick up the call which is not convenient and the callers might terminate the call assuming you did not pick up.The other downside with it is, if you want to charge the headset directly while it's not connected to the base, the indicator light is so tiny that it's hardly visible and the manufacturer needs to redesign this device and consider a bigger light for it.The third downside is that you can't charge the headset with a USB-C to USB-C cable if you wanted to use a longer cable for charging it which might be due to the slow charging capability of the battery installed on this device. The original cable supplied with the device is USB-A to USB-C cable.I used several different USB-C to USB-C cables and plugs to ensure the problem was not due to the cable or charger and to see if this method could make a change but the result was the same and you have to use either the USB-A to USB-C cable which had been supplied with the headset (USB-A to USB-C) or if you need to use a longer one, you have to use a USB-A to USB-C cable. Also, even with the original cable supplied with the device you might not be able to use a fast charging plug which might or might not charge the headset.Despite these shortcomings this is a value for money headset at a fraction of the price of the big brands such as a Jabra Evolve 2 75 which is so highly priced at £310.

Noise cancelling headphones with no option to cancel the noise
I got these for work purposes, the noise cancelling part wasn't non existent if anything it magnified my back ground noise. The bluetooth option allows you walk away to certain distance this headset disconnected just a mere 2m away. They have a lovely design and feel to them the charging stand food quality however the purpose in which they are needed for was not. 98.8% noise cancelling I think this percentage is allowance for noise to come through.

Perfect!
Use the Bluetooth function as I don't have USB ports on my work laptop. The quality is amazing, I've even been able to walk to the end of the garden and still hear and talk to people! There have been zero issues and I would recommend this to anyone. There is a slight discomfort after a bit of time over my ears, but thats probably because I tend not to remove that when not in use and is more a me problem than a product problem :-)100% would recommend

Great product for working from home
I have have been using the Vonztek product for 9 months now, working from home. The headset is great and value for money… connects to my laptop absolutely fine… (the dongle that comes with the headset is useful and will boost the connection). The headset is also really good when taking calls on your mobile as well … which is handy for me when I am away from my laptop, also like the charging port that comes with the headset.

Volume disappointing
The headphones are comfortable. I use them while teaching T’ai Chi on Zoom, so that my students can hear my voice while I am teaching them. It took a while to get them fully functioning, which was disappointing. When charging, there is no indication of when they are fully charged.

reasonable for the price, some annoying things
Having worked with the headset for a week or so, it's quite reasonable but not exceptional. the sound is ok if a bit heavy on the base, I have connected using both the dongle and direct to a laptop both work fine.they are reasonably conformable although you would not want them on for hours on end.Annoyances - in Microsoft teams the mute button does not translate to Teams, so no one knows you are on mute, the volume up and down doesn't work (teams only), also the, listen to yourself, that is suggested has such a bad time delay as to be useless, so the sound of you voice is quite muted, also the headset is disconnected every time to put it on the cradle and you have to press the power on button for 5 seconds to reconnect, a bit daft as it should power on when removing from the cradle, so no I just leave it off the cradle which defeats the purpose.Would I recommend these, if you only have £50 they are ok, otherwise I would look else where for the annoyances highlighted
