It gives a cool sensation made my face so soft and yes dewy w that hydrated feeling.Its a sheer sheer shimmer w/a light pinkishI really like it a lot,now this I had to buy because the brand denied a colaboration they said they aren’t giving out samples anymore for this product & I really wanted to try itI now have this and the cooling primer on auto subscribe that says a lot I wish I had a better hope this review helps

I LOVE IT, and I'm over 70.
I'm 74 so usually the more youthful face make up looks horrible. This is FANTASTIC. So light, adds a cool feel with a slight shimmer. I am so happy with this, it makes me ELF!!!!!! Thank you for a great product for any age.
